    florida cup

by stew on 7/27/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

They ran a shuttle bus from church street to the stadium but did not have any shuttles for the return back to downtown orlando making the walk instead. Getting into the ground was a complete and utter shambles as the lines were huge. Surely if they knew that 64000 people were attending the organization would have been a lot better. A huge amount of people missed the first 30 minutes of the game due to this. So really disappointed with the experience and will not be going again to another one.

    Great game and experience

by Macydw on 7/27/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

I've been an Arsenal fan for over 20 years, after being stationed in the UK in the late 90's. When I saw they were coming to Orlando to play in this game, I had to get my ticket! The atmosphere outside the venue was electric and unlike this game being played in London, both sides of fans were allowed to mix and enjoy the festivities. I traveled with a friend who was born in the UK and he enjoyed the game as well, albeit, he knew this game had a different feel than a game in the UK. I hope the FC Series learned a lesson about bringing two top flight teams to the venue (record crowd btw), and continue to bring teams like this in for future games. I will definitely be looking forward to the next series.

The event was great. The pregame Chelsea FanFest was above expectations.

Not set up to host a large event

by Gooner Guy on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Camping World Stadium is not set up in any way to host an event of this size. Staff were non-existent to direct individuals to proper gates, gates were not labeled in any way, map was useless as it had no "you are here" piece to it. The line to get in was ridiculous and no security was around in any way. Things could have turned badly very quickly. Not a fan at all of the stadium logistics. Traffic was backed up incredibly on the interstate before the game causing many to be late. Police were not directing traffic. Just a complete breakdown in any sense of logistics planning. Game was great though and was glad my team won.

Great game but chaos getting into the stadium.

by GatorGB on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

The game was great to watch but the experience of parking and getting into the stadium put a dampener to our enjoyment. Lines to get into the stadium were staggering even after kick off, with people still trying to get into the stadium. We waited over 45 minutes to get through security and to get our ticket checked, so we missed the first 15 minutes of the same. Chaos!!

    Issues and Compliments

by Doc NL on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

There was virtually no traffic control leaving the stadium area. People hoarded the streets so no cars could gain access within a reasonable time frame. It was difficult to hear the player introductions. There should be cup holders at the seats. The atmosphere was electric. It was a well run event.

    Florida Cup Disappointment

by Tucker on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Had great seats in row N but unfortunately everyone else from further above also thought the view was great and they stood on the landing and in the aisles of our section completely blocking our view of the field. At every other stadium I’ve been to, there has been security and/or ushers that handle such a problem, but not at Camping World Stadium. Not a single security person stationed in our section. Stadium was severely understaffed and the only law enforcement we saw upon leaving was blocking off streets and not directing traffic or ensuring the safety of fans as they walked in the dark through some very questionable neighborhoods. Will not be attending another event at that stadium.

    Not ready for prime time

by A soccer fan on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Orlando was not ready for the crowd who showed up. Many streets were shut down and made getting out of the parking nearly impossible. I sat 45 minutes waiting to get out on one street that didn’t move. The local Chelsea fan club was non existent and unprepared for the fans. Move the next one to Tampa!

    Great event

by Hardtoplease on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Entry into the event and out of it was easy and fairly quick, considering the number of people involved. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. The crowd was well behaved and everyone seem to be enjoying it.

    Great game terrible organizing

by UkAudi on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Once we got into the stadium it was great but,,, we got there early 45 minutes parked in lot 3 no problem they had people direct where to park but once you got to the gates they only had probably 30% of the gates open so you have 60,300+ try to get in we were finally in our seats (no usher’s which sucked)minutes after kickoff!!! The game was great the seats great, But once we got back to our car in camping world stadium lot there was no one directing traffic so it took over 45 minutes to get out!!!!

    Awesome experience

by Tony on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Major shout out to FC Series for hooking up the fans with two of the worlds most well known clubs. Camping World Stadium was an excellent venue to hold the event at. Well organized and fun activities for the fans with special guests. Food was decent enough with food trucks serving typical menu items. Merchandise was to be found everywhere and had limited edition items exclusive to the event. The fans were the best part with so much passion. Had an incredible experience.

    Chaos and long waits

by Lisa on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

The stadium was not prepared for the quantity of people who bought tickets. There were waiting lines over 200 people long at every gate at the start of the game. Several people tried entering at the wrong gate despite very clear instructions. The event staff were Doing their best however there wasn’t enough. There was only one metal detector at the club seating entrance Causing major delays. Watching the game was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic but getting into the game was a huge nightmare for many people.

    Great Teams, dissatisfying execution

by SoccerFanOrlando on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Long lines for apparel, massively over crowded pregame, parking inadequate, old stadium, poor performance from Chelsea. I was expecting an awesome experience, but left disappointed. The venue is old, seats can be very far from the action (we had average seats, P30, low row, around the 18. The parking ran out, traffic patterns leaving are poorly organized. Orlando PD isn’t working hard, literally let some traffic sit for 10 minutes despite lulls from the opposite direction. Pedestrians have to jaywalk. Apparel lines were unorganized and extremely long. Pregame was too busy, hard to get a beer or do any of the activities. Chelsea played awful. Arsenal showed up and had a decent level. Chelsea looked worse than Orlando City. Exploria stadium, while smaller, is clearly the superior venue.

    Great game

by TampaSoccerFan on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Traffic was a MESS around the stadium, the final mile took an hour to get into our prepaid spot in Lot 4, then stood in line over 45 minutes to clear security at gate F. The game itself was amazing, most of the better players were on the field, great international crowd of soccer fans. Announcers were clueless, kept confusing players. Traffic on the way out was just as chaotic as on the way in. No clear guidance toward the exit, cars lined up, idling, all over the lot. Another hour, at least. Seems like they didn’t have a plan, or anywhere near enough people/equipment, to manage security and traffic. That said, it was wonderful to see EPL soccer in person in Florida!

    Best soccer experience

by Leilani on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

Although it was chaotic getting into the stadium the experience while we were watching the game was amazing. The ambiance, crowd, and to top it off Arsenal beat Chelsea 4-0!

    Good event

by CP4 on 7/26/22Camping World Stadium - Orlando

It would be good if you make it a party. Add a show or entertainment 1 or 2 hrs before the game. It can be simple nothing complicated
