Nice atmosphere, good drinks and great music. Due to the great energy in the crowd they played a couple more songs so that was a good gem to get. richard patrick has the same quiality music as well as the awesome vocals to deliever for all fans of FILTER.

It would have been nice to be able to use the pool. The opening band had some microphone issues as you couldn't hear him that we'll and they didn't really entertain the stage. Filter was very energetic and made up for entertainment.

    Very personal and intimate experience

by Surge77 on 8/14/12Poolside at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas - Las Vegas

I came an hour late and missed the first band but I did see filter headline. The Hard Rock Hotel was very friendly and helpful in making this happen. Richard Patrick never fails to but on a great show, ever!

    Filter at Orbit Room

by coliezimp on 7/22/12Orbit Room - Grand Rapids

The first show I ever saw at Orbit Room was Filter about 12 years ago. It was awesome! Fast forward a few (ahem) years and a new supporting band... Filter at the Orbit Room was still awesome! What an energy! I love performers who know how to translate energy into their shows! The crowd was super small, but they worked it. I will see them again.

    Awesome Show....Once Again

by FilterFanFromJersey on 7/9/12The Stone Pony - Asbury Park

I have seen Filter 5 times and they never disappoint. They bring plenty of energy. This band is very underrated. They put on a great live show. You leave the show feeling totally pumped. I will keep seeing them whenever they come to the Tri State area. If you like their music, this show is a must see. They play a good mix of tunes from all their albums.

    AWESOME!

    by PJ1993 on 7/9/12The Paramount - Huntington

Both bands were great! The fans upset me when they couldn't hold up Richard Patrick who loves to body surf! Filter Rules

    Filter 7/7

by TheAmalgamut on 7/9/12The Stone Pony - Asbury Park

I was surprised to see the lack of support come out to this one. These guys deserve their due diligence. They rocked the stone pony from start to finish. Also got the VIP meet n greet package which was worth every penny. The band are a bunch of laid back down to earth guys. They took pics and signed autographs. It was a night to remember especially for the fact it wasn't crowded. Practically on stage with these guys during the performance. Thank you Richard, thank you filter!

Not the best Filter I've seen but pretty good

by Badkitty13x on 7/9/12The Stone Pony - Asbury Park

I've been a very long time fan of Filter and Richard Patrick's other collaborations with different artists (e.g. - Army of Anyone, The Damning Well, etc.). I've seen them in multiple forums, typically smaller ones, and love the energy that Patrick gives off. I just wish he would play some of his more obscure (?) songs. I would have loved to hear something from The Amalgamut, but no go. Take a Picture is so over played at this point but they included it anyway, I guess to please the girlfriends/boyfriends who were dragged along with the fan and may not have heard anything else. Patrick claims to appreciate his fans but when I met him he lacked social skills, really wasn't able to converse, just sort of grunted and signed my tank top. Oh well, guess he's getting old and tired at this point.

    Filter rocked the house

by MamaWithAKid on 7/8/12The Paramount - Huntington

There was two opening acts which was ok. But if I had known I wouldn't have rushed to get there. Fuel got on late and they were horrible. Then filter got on and the house was on there feet dancing and moshing around. It was a great set. Wished they would've sang "where do we go from here. " The concert should've started earlier since they had so many bands performing.

    Filter was fantastic!!!!

by Weesacip on 3/16/12Showcase Live - Foxboro

Saw them in '99 in San Francisco and they still rock in 2012 in Foxboro. Band was awesome. Foxboro is my new venue. They let you get right in front of the stage. I stayed there the entire time, except when I went to the middle of Richard "surfing" in the crowd. Grabbed a hold of my arm the whole time and dragged me to the front of the stage. Was a bit scary but cool at the same time. Bass player was exceptional!!! They are worth seeing and wish they'd tour more. Still played crowd favorites. Richard greeted fans afterwards and was very humble. Closed with Hey Man, Nice Shot. Way to go. Got a couple of picks, wish their name was on it and got one of the set lists, too.

    Filter kicked ass!!!!!

by MajorColonel on 3/9/12Showcase Live - Foxboro

Saw Filter at Showcase Live in Foxboro, MA. They absolutely rocked. They played all the songs I wanted to hear and I left the show wanting more. Plus they are the most down to earth band I have ever seen. They connected with the crowd on so many levels from Richard Patrick crowd surfing and using fans cameras to the bass player downing a shot of Jameson from the crowd because it was his birthday. Met Richard Patrick after the show and he could not have been cooler. All in all an unbelievable show at a great venue.

    Very Average

    by DUCK0080 on 3/9/12Showcase Live - Foxboro

Mr. Patrick is competing with his past......and losing....... The show started with Welcome to the Fold.....and I was pumped......but Richard's voice was just not there............... Show got better as it went on.............and his band was tight.......... His voice got better as the night went on.....or it was just that he did songs that were more suited for his current range..... Glad I went.....but I'm not likely to go again..... Oh...and Drugs are bad for you..............Richard is one year older than me.....and yet he looks 10 years older.....

Saliva was awesome. Filter was not. the venue was ridiculous. the featured bands should have played upstairs. no one knew there were going to be opening bands. we had to wait way too long for any music at all. I am more disappointed in the lack of audience. I thought Ohio rocked more.

    Nice Shot

    by TheRedDragon21 on 8/22/11The Basement - Columbus

An all around good show. The opening bands played upstairs and they were both very heavy. I especially thought Heart Set-Self Destruct was particularly good. Great vibe, great music. Saliva puts on an outstanding show and they sounded pristine in the basement. I am not a huge fan of theirs, but even I knew every song well enough to sing along. I would heavily recommend seeing them to anyone who is a fan. Filter, as always, was awesome. I actually hadn't seen them since I was 18 years old on the Title of Record tour. But Richard Patrick is still a completely awesome frontman. Whatever IT is, the guy has IT. You just can't stop watching him. And after the show he came to the Merch table and signed whatever you wanted and said hey. Pretty sweet.
