The venue inside the stadium was really hot. There were sections that were closed off that should have been opened. This created really long bathroom lines. Also, the number of concession stands that were open did not meet the demands of this event. It was poor planning from the venue. They know ahead of time the ticket sales and so they should have planned accordingly. Also, exiting the parking was a hot mess. Again, the venue knows ticket sales ahead of time, so it should be no surprise to have adequate parking staff. Waiting almost an hour to exit the lot is ridiculous. I’ve attended many, many events and it’s never taken me this long to exit a venue lot. The matches were awesome except that it was so hot inside.

It was chaos exiting the parking lot after the Saturday match. Suggest more parking attendants be available to direct traffic after the matches.

Great experience with my first Fed Cup. My only complaint is the late announcement of the actual starting time for the match. I work on Saturdays and I had guests coming from out of town so it was difficult to adjust schedules at the last minute.

It was such a pleasure being able to experience World Class tennis so close to home. I hope Fed Cup matches return to Texas soon.

Had a wonderful Birthday weekend at the Fed Cup!! Wish when they come back it's not on another Holiday like Easter. Turnout on Sunday would have been better if not for that major fact. I love the way S. Kenin played as alternate for Madison, she gave her all and all, was a great match for her, Congrats, thx Madison and Awesome Sloan, was great to see them LIVE!! More Tennis in San Antonio TX Please!!!

Being there feeling the atmosphere, seeing the speed of the tennis bowl, experiencing the emotions of players and their teams and the comradery of the audience was beyond words.

Tennis was great and preshow super fun. Concession stand was so incredibly slow. Honestly, just awful.

We hope they hold another one of these tournaments here in SanAntonio again.

Freeman Coliseum made a great venue! I had great seats, not the best in comfort but good seating nonetheless! It was a great Tournament & I hope San Antonio can host many more great Professional Tournaments !!!

San Antonio did a fantastic job of hosting the event. We are so glad we were able to be part of it.

The tennis was great inside. The parking situation outside (especially leaving) was not managed and coordinated well.

First, please don't take pains to give me a starting time of 2pm when the start actually was 2:30pm. The pre-match activities began at 2:00 and the real matches at 2:30. That wouldn't have been too hard to do. Next, I purchased what I thought was a great seat only to find it had an obstructed view. Extra seats had been put up that were bordered by a large, fence-like enclosure. It blocked half of the court, causing me to move back and forth constantly if I wanted to see around it. Very distracting!

The venue was small, and the seating very tight together with no leg room. Very uncomfortable. The FEDCUP event itself was winderful.

Having the FedCup in San Antonio was wonderful. What a joy to see first rate women's players do their thing. The tennis was fabulous and the venue was perfect. Parking was easy. Please bring more professional tennis to San Antonio!

Excellent tennis! It was a lot of fun. It would have been better it it had not been Easter weekend.

Great time! I don’t know how Fed Cup works, but Easter weekend wasn’t the best choice of times.

Excellent venue and absolutely great tennis for two days Will call pick up was a breeze Only issue was the concession stands. Food served (hot dogs nachos and the popcorn) was not really Tennis food and when you purchased a bottle of water they kept the cap to the bottle. Thought that was strange Other than that overall it was excellent

FANTASTIC! Wish the Team USA had won, but great effort by Madison, Sonya, Danielle, and Nicole providing us with an exciting weekend of tennis. Enthusiastic fans, great venue, appreciate US Cellular Center marking off one of the men's room as another women's restroom to keep the lines down. Grateful to have the event here in Asheville two years in a row ... am hoping they consider returning in the future!

Fed up is a country vs country women's tennis competition. It's great fun, exciting, and a great women's sport option for young fans. Ticket prices are also really reasonable for a sports event.

Very well organized, nice venue and location for Fed Cup. Thoroughly enjoyed the event. Would love for Fed Cup to be in Asheville again!
