    FF5 Cancelled Concert

by NotMyRealName1 on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

Not that the the concert wasn't good, but the fact that it was called off twice and then no refunds offered was pretty lousy. I understand why, but I think at least the concert ticket price should be refunded.

Storms at Christian Youth Weekend is now the norm

by JokerTX on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

For the second year in a row, storms interrupted an otherwise good concert. Unlike last year, this time the storms actually caused Six Flags to cancel the show. LaCrae and Hawk Nelson were able to play, but the headliner never took the stage except to apologize to the fans as they were being ushered out of the amphitheater. I can only hope that FF5 will make it to Dallas again soon for a make up concert.

Great line-up, but weather stopped the show

by Shay330 on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

I love both Hawk Nelson and FF5, but halfway through HN, the lightning became too intense and they shut down the show. I hope they come back through DFW again soon.

    The show was unfortunately cancelled

by KittKatt4041 on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

Six Flags tried really hard not to cancel this show, but Texas weather proved to uncertain, and the show was cancelled. LECRAE was pretty good, I had never heard them before and they were a nice opener. Hawk Nelson was only able to play 5 songs from their set, but they were rockin it. Family Force 5 came out on stage and told us that they were bummed about not being able to play for us, but that their highest priority is our safety. So, the show did get cancelled. Six Flags let us get free tickets to the One Voice concert series in July with Skillet, though, so its not as devastating!! Bummed about not seeing Family Force 5, but they will be back!!

    Weather?

by Mich007 on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

We left when they closed the venue, did they finish? Lecray was great and Hawk was ok, did not see Family Force 5, Weather was getting sever and seemed unsafe to remain at park in hopes of the show going on. Park offered no details on plans or procedure.

by DISAPPOINTEDFAN111 on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

THE SHOW WAS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER AND NO ACCOMMODATIONS WERE MADE TO RESCHEDULE OR REFUND MONIES-WHICH IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR A VENUE SUCH AS SIX FLAGS WHO COULD HAVE OFFERED AT LEAST DISCOUNT TICKETS TO ANOTHER SHOW AT A LATER DATE ! MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CONCERT-FAMILY FORCE 5 IS HER FAVORITE BAND AND THEY DON'T PLAY IN THE AREA MUCH-I DON'T BLAME THE GROUP-JUST THE VENUE -

    Lacrae rocked

by TxSunday on 4/25/11Six Flags Over Texas Music Mill - Arlington

Unlucky weather cancelled the main draw...Family Force Five... The unpredictable weather is the only reason I give this venue a three star rating....otherwise it was great! Lacrae was awesome...so glad we were introduced to his music and his passion for worshipping Christ!

Due to Bad Weather, Family Force 5 did not perform but Hawk Nelson was awesome.

The Hawk Nelson part of the concert was great but I did not get to see Family Force 5 because of the weather and would have liked to be reimbursed for the cost of that part of the concert or given a voucher for another Family Force 5 concert.

Great mix of old and new songs!

by MoFoSho on 4/18/11Center Stage Theatre - Atlanta

I had a blast seeing Family Force 5! It had been about 5 years since the last time I saw them, and the show is STILL amazing!! They opened with a few of their older songs, and then gradually meshed in some new-never-been-played songs. They were all great! It's beyond me how they can put on such an energetic show from beginning to end. PROS: Thank GOD for this Great Band, pretty much every seat in the venue is a good seat CONS: Security guards were rude after the show. It puts a damper on your night when you can't run to the restroom before an at least hour drive home. Instead of yelling rudely at us, you could have calmly informed us you were just trying to get people out of the venue. We paid good money for our tickets for a good time. Not to be treated like trash.

    All 4 were amazing!!

by MorganOrgan on 12/13/10Rainbow Ballroom - Fresno

Greatest night ever! All bands played magnificent! Shorelines End opened and really rocked and got the group pumped. The stage presence was good, except I am not sure I appreciated the drummer projecting a mouthful of water into the crowd and onto my face, I supposed some fans eat that stuff up! Secondhand Serenade played beautifully. And Then Family Force 5, My personal favorite. They made that show! It was amazing!!! You do not top FF5 as performers, artists and just awesomeness all around. I cannot put into words how much I love this band, it is two days later and I am still pumped and singing their version of Carol of the Bells. Finally Forever the Sickest Kids. I may have came for FF5, but I stayed for FTSK. The singer John has great charisma, and worked and interacted with the crowd a lot. He seemed to want to connect with the fans and was very cool. They brought a few people onto stage and he even let them hug him, I know many performers wouldn't. And then they played very well! The songs sounded great, the whole audience was jumping around and having a ball. It was a great time and I will for sure be attending the next Christmas pageant!

    Best Christmas Pageant Ever!!

    by lkp226 on 12/13/10Rainbow Ballroom - Fresno

Absolutely amazing. All four bands put on a great show and were incredible live. This was my 3rd time seeing Family Force 5 and like usual they were entertaining through their whole performance. Never a dull moment. Forever the Sickest Kids I've seen them once prior, but this time they're more memorable. I thought they would have a hard time following FF5 but they were a great way to close the concert. Secondhand Serenade are a bit slow for my taste, but so much better live than what is heard on the radio. Plus the tech guy for Secondhand Serenade was gorgeous! For the new band Shorelines End, they are a band to watch out for..definitely Warped Tour material so hopefully they can catch a bigger break somehow. FF5 said they do this every year so this is definitely a tour to look out for.

    Family Force 5...AWESOME!

by kikismif on 12/13/10Rainbow Ballroom - Fresno

As always, FF5 was amazing. I'm just a little disappointed that they didn't close the show and only played for approx. 30 minutes. Maybe it was due to the venue? Go see them if you get the chance.

Great way to get into the Holiday spirit!

by mariamickelson on 12/8/10Sokol Auditorium - Omaha

This was a great concert. From the time I stepped into the venue for the VIP meet and greet, everyone was so friendly. I was lucky enough to be front row for the concert, but there was no bad spot to be in the venue. Great show overall, and the bands were very personable after the show, talking to fans and taking pictures. I would recommend this to anyone and I woul love to revisit the venue and see these bands again!

Family Force 5 ROCKED as they always do:)

by Anonymous on 12/6/10Newport Music Hall - Columbus

Hands down one of the best FF5 concerts I've been to. I've seen Family Force 5 probably 6 times, and this show was awesome, as usual. FF5 has amazing stage presence. It is impossible to go to one of their shows and not have fun. Secondhand Serenade was also amazingggg. He has such a good voice and I loved that he went acoustic. The only thing I didn't like about this show was Forever The Sickest Kids. I like their first album, but their lead singer turned me off to their music altogether at this show. He was just... weird. Like seriously who tapes a rope on a cordless microphone just to swing it around? Lame. His dance moves were also questionable to say the least. However Family Force 5 ROCKED! As usual.
