TIM RICE and ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER's Tony Award®-winning musical returns at last!
Eva Perón used her beauty and charisma to rise meteorically from the slums of Argentina to the presidential mansion as First Lady. Adored by her people as a champion for the poor, she became one of the most powerful women in the world — while her greed, outsized ambition and fragile health made her one of the most tragic. EVITA tells Eva's passionate and unforgettable true story, and features some of theater's most beautiful songs, including "Don't Cry for Me Argentina," "Another Suitcase in Another Hall" and "High Flying, Adored." Don't miss the stunning new production of EVITA, directed by MICHAEL GRANDAGE and choreographed by ROB ASHFORD, that Channel 4 New York calls “THE HOTTEST TICKET IN TOWN!”

Extremely strong cast and voices. Che was the best I've seen including the broadway cast.
Wonderful music with ALL the songs Loved it loved it loved it! can't wait for Hairspray!
This performance held very true to the original 1979 stage version as evident in the cast portrayals and staging. I would recommend seeing this production at Casa Manana because of its smaller size and intimacy to the Fort Worth community.
As good as any broadway or vegas show! Very well done, exceptional cast and score!
Everything about this show was amazing, From the first note to the last. Lauren Kennedy truly captured the role of Eva Peron, She looked, and sounded amazing I really cannot say enough great things about her. Seeing Kevin Grey was in action up close was unreal! His Che was unforgettable. All of the vocals and choreography were tight, and brilliant! I'm seeing it for a second time tomorrow night. I cannot wait!
A truly first rate production with outstanding leads. The chorus was also exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed this show!!!!
Seating was great - don't think there are any bad seats in Casa Manana. Singing was wonderful, especially Evita and Che; Chorus was great as was the presentation of the story line. .
I only bought these tickets because my wife wanted to go.... so with that said I wasn't expecting much (although I do enjoy theater). I was immediately drawn in and stuck the whole time. I loved it and every performer was amazing. I really only see 2 downsides: First, the venue. It certainly isn't bad but it was a bit too intimate for this type of performance. The voices were overpowering and things that were meant to be small or background really stood out too much. Also, the musicians were a but overpowering as well, but with the proximity it really wasn't their fault. Second: The price. This was my first time to buy tickets for a performance here and unfortunately it will be my last. For the same money, I can see touring shows at DSM with great seats. I would love to see every performance at Casa, but for the price I can do other things.
..well put-together & performed..worth seeing, albeit not overwhelming (it was a Tuesday performance..maybe that affected things)..Casa Manana is definitely a great place to catch a show, however..it was my 1st time there, but i certainly will be going again..
I thought the actors playing Che and Evita were outstanding. All of the cast was very good, but I truly enjoyed hearing those two sing!
This was the worst show ever. I have seen more than 100 Broadway shows and this was by far the least enjoyable. If ever there was a reason for a refund this show is it. The best I can say is it would have to get better because it can't get worse.
