ERIC CHURCH IN CONCERT:
An Eric Church concert just wouldn't be complete without the signature aviator sunglasses and trucker hat that have become staples of the Nashville-based country rocker's live show. Influenced by a spectrum of artists ranging from Merle Haggard to Metallica, Church serves up his rock and roll-infused country tracks with an infectious energy and sly grin that have landed him on tour with some of the biggest names in country music, including Brad Paisley and Rascal Flatts. Back on the road in 2014, Church is set to take fans on a wild ride on his highly anticipated Outsiders World Tour.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
A North Carolina native, Eric Church got his start with his band the Mountain Boys covering Jimmy Buffet songs and throwing in a few original tunes at local dive bars and restaurants. Convinced that a career in the corporate world was not for him, Church set his sights on moving to Nashville to chase his dreams as a musician. After signing with Capitol Nashville in 2006, he released his debut album Sinners Like Me, graduating from the bar scene to much bigger venues like the Grand Ole Opry. Since then, he has released a string of hits, including country No. 1s "Springsteen" and "Drink In My Hand" from the chart-topping 2011 album Chief. With the 2014 release of The Outsiders, Church once again landed at No. 1, setting the stage for a dynamite 2014 world tour.

I have seen him before and he was great. This concert fell flat. It was pouring rain and he still came on crazy late, like almost 10pm. He sang less than 2hr, barely played any crowd pleasing songs, barely spoke 2 words and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all.
Eric Church was great and Whiskey Myers was a great warmup band!
Excellent show!! Better than expected. Seemed like entry and sales booths more organized than normal. Glad I went!!

Had great time Whiskey Myers was awesome and kicked the night off. Eric Church did great job closing out the night. The staff was extra friendly and nice. Wasn't used to the staff being like that at other venues. Special shout out to Tara S. She was really nice.
The enthusiasm was genuine and engaging with the audience. Eric embraced his N Carolina roots. Many performers just go thru the songs but Eric was believable and truly enjoyed his performance
Eric Church is by far the best singer/performer on tour. His concerts never disappoint. His musical talent is amazing. The fact that he writes his own songs keeps you anticipating what he will do next. I saw him in Raleigh and Charlotte this year and each concert was unique, not cookie cutter. He truly loves his fans and you could see he was touched by the enthusiasm we all had for him. I look forward to next year’s tour.
Hell yeah we went to the show on Sunday to see our favorite band, Whiskey Myers. We’ve been following these guys for years. They put on an absolutely amazing show as always! I knew some Eric church songs and we just like live music, so we hung out for part of his set, and it was low key a great time!
Eric Church was mighty happy to be on home turf. He was downright silly with pride and emotion. He had fun, we had fun. Whiskey Myers’s was who I was there to see. He rocked and rolled and we all had fun. I thought I was going to see more bands, having just attended the Outlaw Festival the weekend past. I felt like I’d been had! The show was Eric Church with an opening band. The worse experience was courtesy of the entry staff. They were pretty rude and invasive and worked hard checking all of those boots. The Outlaw Festival was a party; the Outsiders Festival a nice evening on the lawn.
Great time with family. jelly roll was amazing. Glad husband chose not to go with his disability there would have been no way he could have walked that distance to see the show and make it back to prime parking or the ADA parking alive.
Whiskey Myers and Eric Church were great! This venue had a great layout and atmosphere. Leaving your seat was a hastle due to the fact that you had to reshape your ticket every time. (Without leaving the gates) It was a pain to remember each time, plus caused a line and delayed getting back to your seat. Very frustrating! Has to be a better way to accomplish whatever their goal was.
This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to in a long time! He played a very long time and it was amazing!
Absolutely amazing! I have seen Eric sitting on a ledge at Red Rocks, standing on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, leaning against the stage in Cincinnati--all were awesome, outstanding shows for this fan! None of those, however, compared to the energy he and his home state fans brought to Sunday night in Charlotte! I guess there is nothing like going home! EFC has never disappointed this Indiana fan!!!!
The concert was awesome and the venue is a great place to see a concert. However, I will think twice about going back because of the price gouging of the concessions. Paying $22 of a beer you can buy at the store for $3 is excessive. Someone needs to step in a put a stop to it. It has gotten ridiculous.

I took my boys to see the show in Charlotte because we couldn't go to the Raleigh one. As always Eric put on a great show, and his opening band, Whiskey Myers was great too!!
Without a doubt the best show I have ever been to. Nothing better than an artist playing for his home crowd! The addition of the Horn section is awesome!
Eric Church set the PNC Pavilion on fire with awesome music!
