ERIC CHURCH IN CONCERT:
An Eric Church concert just wouldn't be complete without the signature aviator sunglasses and trucker hat that have become staples of the Nashville-based country rocker's live show. Influenced by a spectrum of artists ranging from Merle Haggard to Metallica, Church serves up his rock and roll-infused country tracks with an infectious energy and sly grin that have landed him on tour with some of the biggest names in country music, including Brad Paisley and Rascal Flatts. Back on the road in 2014, Church is set to take fans on a wild ride on his highly anticipated Outsiders World Tour.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
A North Carolina native, Eric Church got his start with his band the Mountain Boys covering Jimmy Buffet songs and throwing in a few original tunes at local dive bars and restaurants. Convinced that a career in the corporate world was not for him, Church set his sights on moving to Nashville to chase his dreams as a musician. After signing with Capitol Nashville in 2006, he released his debut album Sinners Like Me, graduating from the bar scene to much bigger venues like the Grand Ole Opry. Since then, he has released a string of hits, including country No. 1s "Springsteen" and "Drink In My Hand" from the chart-topping 2011 album Chief. With the 2014 release of The Outsiders, Church once again landed at No. 1, setting the stage for a dynamite 2014 world tour.

When the first song was over I told my sister these guys are just jamming having an amazing time. When you can feel the energy of a band it’s a gift! Eric Church took us to a place called “church choir “!

The energy of Eric Church’s performance was exhilarating! He kept the crowd standing, waiting for more for hours. His band was one of the best I have ever experienced. We waited a very long time for Eric to come to South Florida and he didn’t disappoint.

Eric Church's concert performance Saturday night in Tampa was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he took the stage, he had the crowd in the palm of his hand. His energy was infectious, and his stage presence was undeniable. The Chief played a mix of his biggest hits and new songs, and the crowd sang along to every word. He also took the time to tell stories and interact with the fans, which made the show feel even more personal. One of the highlights of the show was when Church performed his song "Springsteen."The crowd went wild, and Church's vocals were on point. He also performed a few acoustic songs, which were a nice change of pace. Overall, Eric Church's concert was an unforgettable experience. He is a true entertainer, and his show was full of energy, passion, and emotion. If you have the chance to see him live, I highly recommend it.
This is the fourth time I’ve seen Eric Church here in Tampa. Eric and the Outsiders left it all on the stage. What a grand finally to the tour, over 2.5 hour show and 27 songs! Thank you Eric Church and the Outsiders!!
Eric Church puts on one of the most electric shows again, best live concerts that there is going today. Whisky Meyers was old school rock n roll as well. Absolute great show and evening watching Eric Church and also Maggie Rose rocked it too.
One of the best performers that we have seen. Great show. Would love to see more of Erik Church in future.
The Outsiders Revival Tour was simply the best. Every single show got better and better. Thank you Chief, band,merchandise, photographer and road crew. I’m already waiting for next tour.
I was, sadly, very disappointed with this concert! We waiting almost an hour for him to come on stage after Whiskey Meyer, with no communication as to why we were waiting this long. He said he was closing with Pledge allegiance to the Hag, that was after he left and stage and came back, assumed this was his encore, only to find out that he played another 9 songs after that 'encore'. With the rise in ticket, drink and parking prices it is becoming harder for me to justify spending this much when the quality is no longer there! I will not be going to another of his concerts any time soon!
Eric Church is great and such a talent. I felt the time between the opening band and the actual concert was way to long ( hour long) . And after about 40 times having to stand up to let people pass in the aisle really got annoying. Despite all that. I had a good time.
The show was Amazing!!! One of my Favorite shows ever and we've gone to MANY. Employees were nice and helpful. Prices for drinks are ridiculous.
Eric Church and Whiskey Meyers were obviously exceptional and didn't disappoint. However, the venue definitely sold an extreme amount of tickets making it uncomfortable to move. We were packed like sardines in the lawn with no where to move. That's not how it should be and made it for a much less enjoyable experience. The people next to us also commented "ya think they could have sold about 500 less tickets". It's was pretty ridiculous.
Walk from parking area to event was entirely too far!! 2 miles to be exact!
The concert was amazing. The venue was also set up well hardly any lines at the concession stands and the restrooms.
Great seats. Eric Church is the best entertainer to date. Also helped it was the last stop on his tour. Only comment about the venue, need more signs to direct you from parking lot to the amphitheater.
Whiskey Myers and Eric Church put on one hell of a show. The energy in the crowd reflected the overall vibe. This was by far my favorite Eric Church show today!
Eric Church and Company put on the Best Concert I have ever seen! The vocals, music & energy were amazing! We never stay until the end of concerts and we stay until the very end of this nearly 2.5 hour concert. He engages with his fans the entire show. He is such a energetic, genuine, & passionate performer. He ended the show differently than others I have seen. It was a tender, honest, lovely & unforgettable ending. I can’t wait to see him again!
Venue was good. Eric church sounded great. We had VIP tickets and all the workers were so helpful and nice. I loved Whiskey Myers they sounds better towards the end or their set.
