  • Amazing

by Lucas on 11/3/25Rating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing show. They are some of the best performing artists I've seen yet, you can tell they love playing music and have so much fun on stage together and with the crowd

  • Great band, need longer setlist

by Songobello on 5/16/25The Bellwether - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

They were great performers but I felt the setlist was a few songs short. Maybe they could add a couple more older songs to the setlist. Other than that I enjoyed it.

  • Absolutely fantastic!!!

Best symphonic metal band ever! I also liked the lighting effects and the fact that allowed fans to enjoy this exclusive event from the balcony if didn’t feel like participating in “death wall” or “mash pit”. Thank you ever so much for this amazing night!

  • Glad I went.

by Extra Dark Cocoa on 5/13/25The Bellwether - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I had a great time. I traveled to LA to watch Epica as they only had 3 shows in the US this year. I'm glad I went, the show was great. Sound was good. Simone Simons sounded higher pitch than usual, not sure if that was because of the venue. I was wondering how they would open the show without an instrumental opening on the album. They just came out fast with the opening song of the album, Cross the Divide. Coen Janssen grabbed a person's phone who I guess was recording and then started recording for them; getting close ups on various members on stage. Later in the show it appeared that Simone kneeled or got really close to someone recording and sang to them as they recorded. I only wished they had played The Grand Saga of Existence, though they did play Darkness Dies in Light and Metanoia. I hope next year when they do another US tour I can go to a few shows near me.

  • EPIC

Band were abs. amazing. Venue was great; was an amazing size too. anywhere you were you were close to the band -- i didn't venture upstairs to the balcony though. Great and quick access to the bars.

  • Epica in a small club setting what could be better

by Concertfan on 5/13/25The Bellwether - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Epica, was only performing 3 shows in the U.S. We flew down from Ontario to catch the show. The Bellwether is a nice smaller club . Clean and there is parking around the club at a decent price! Well worth the trip to see this band live.

  • Fantastic

by Darerock on 5/13/25The Bellwether - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

EPICA was awesome. The venue had a nice atmosphere. It didn’t destroy the bands sound like other venues. Parking was across the street which was nice. Over all a really enjoyable experience

  • Amazing Band + Great Venue = EPICa Experience

by Jeff Savin on 5/13/25The Bellwether - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I don't need to say much about Epica, their musicianship, songwriting capabilities, plus being just overall great people offstage is apparent for anyone that knows anything about them. On one hand, it is a shame more people in North America don't know about them, but on the other hand, being able to enjoy a concert in an intimate setting for a band of this quality can't be beat. As far as the venue goes, this was my first time at the Bellwether, and I was duly impressed. Loved that there were some places to sit for my wife while I could get right up to the stage, or have a fantastic view on the rails of the balcony. Bars upstairs and down as well as a restaurant with the screen of the stage. I will look for concerts at this venue again. The beer was expensive, but that probably goes without saying and is the same just about everywhere. I had a fantastic time. Love you EPICA!!!
