Encanto Live to Film Tickets

What an incredible and memorable experience I will never forget! The event far exceeded my expectations from the photo opp spots, the performances, audience participation, surprises, and the beautifully imagined Casita at the Hollywood Bowl! I loved the evening SO much! It was such a beautiful collaboration of music, film, performance, and Encanto! The fireworks were just a cherry on top! The only thing I wish was that the evening had started earlier. It was mostly families and lots of young kids and the first weekend after the time change so it was exhausting. Since it was dark at 5, it easily could have begun at 6PM that night. I also think the photo opps could have been pointed out more. I would not have known about them were it not for my friends who had gone the night before.

After watching Coco Live on Disney+, we knew this was an event we had to go to. Unfortunately, the event was not what we expected. At times, the performers’ microphones were not turned on, or they weren’t ready to begin their performance. Though we enjoyed the environment of live music, it felt like we purchased tickets to watch the film on a screen with short durations of musical performances. Also, Encanto is a childrens movie; why was the event held at 8:00 pm? Most children in our section were struggling for the rest of the evening after the intermission. We realize it was a live event and things could go wrong, but with a Disney production, we couldn’t help but expect a seamless, magical performance.

They played the movie on a big screen and stopped during songs so actors can come out and sing. Then played the movie again. Overpriced. Especially if you were in the back

The music was good, but it felt like I just spent $300 to watch the movie.

The Hollywood Bowl is my favorite venue because there is no bad seat. I would have given this event 5 stars but unfortunately some of the celebrities that were announced to be there were not there. Other than that it’s a great production that really brings the movie to life.

Great performance and perfect for the Encanto fan.

We were excited to take our daughter to this show thinking it was going to be like the Coco live show on Disney+, it was not like that at all. This show was literally just watching the movie on screen and the singers only performed the songs, and that was it. We expected more performances for sure or at least more of a actual live show, not just watching the movie at the bowl. Also there were clearly many sound issues the day we went. Mics were low for some performers and some just weren't on at all when they needed to be. My daughter was falling asleep watching the movie which i feel explains how this show lacked a little more in the entertainment aspect.

So beautiful a must see, spectacular night. The lighting and video graphics were beautiful. The singing was awesome. They had the real voices come out in person and sing and dance. It was just a really great show Lynn Manuel Miranda was there introducing the show it was more than I expected. It was great.

My kids and I had a blast. The sound and lighting were mind blowing. Best musical event hands down. Will never forget this once in a lifetime experience shared with my daughters

The show and experience itself was very good. The parking at Hollywood Bowl is HORRIBLE!! Completely confusing and unorganized.

Orchestra and singers were great, but the sound was too low to enjoy in our seats (section R2).

just awesome! so much fun! true to the movie, and great honor to have experienced such a once in a lifetime event with the actual original cast from the movie! The ending was the best part and truly memorable of the experience with my family.

Loved the concept and seeing the stars performing live - unfortunately it seemed they didn’t care about the audio mix for the live audience as much as the one for the filming. Balance was wonky throughout, and multiple times performer’s mics just flat out didn’t work. Disappointing for the price that more effort wasn’t put into the live production quality because it had great potential!

For the price of this experience, I was hopeful that there would be more actual singing. The dancers, projections, and fireworks were excellent. The person that stood in for the real Bruno didn't even sing and said "blah, blah, blah" during his part of the song. There appeared to be a lot of audio and microphone issues.

If your kiddos are into Encanto, this is a must see. Disney has done it again with a great entertaining visual experience, I don't want to spoil what they do but they did a great job. Music was entertaining, seeing the real life actors/actresses was a treat, and overall a fun night.

I expected just a concert but I enjoyed the format they went with in this one. Played the movie and when the songs with lyrics, the stars of the movie came out and sang the song!! it was incredible!!!!

The Hollywood Bowl holds it’s own magic, but the set design, stage graphics, sound design and the wizardry of live theater brought this amazing production to a resounding standing ovation.

We had good seats but live performance quality was not great. The use of the TV’s and the integration of the performance was not well thought of for the audience. I felt the performance was staged for Disney+ special and not for the enjoyment of the people that purchased tickets.

This was the best Bowl experience EVER! Thanks to Covid, we haven’t been to the Bowl in a few years. What a way to return! The stage, the orchestra, the singers and dancers…and…Lin Manuel Miranda in all of his humble glory. So happy we decided to go.

It was a really great performance, I had a good view. The cast and the set fenomenal.
