I had an absolute blast at Emo Night Brooklyn! It took the audio team a second to get the music to the right volume during the first part of the first song but after that, it was spot-on. The DJ covered a wide variety of punk/rock/emo music from Evanescence to A Day to Remember to Green Day to Mayday Parade to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I barely had my voice leaving that night. Definitely go, its worth it!
If you like pop and rock this is the show for you. If you are looking for an actual emo show this is not for you. Will never go to this show again it was our second time it didn’t get better.
Each drink costed 20 bucks it's outrageous. If you want drink I would pregame before hand
Had an absolute amazingly awesome sauce time!!!! It was my 1st time going and I definitely can't wait till the next!!!! ^-^
I love emo night it’s always a blast and a must every time they come to asbury! I never miss Emo night🖤
I don't like to gatekeep but if you're going to hold an "emo"event, then play emo music. I absolutely love blink182, Linkin park and limp bizkit but they're not emo. When there is so much content out there I shouldn't hear my chemical romance 4 times in 1 hour. Play them once and move on. Play each artist once. If you're worried about new comers not knowing the deeper cuts, well thats on them. They knew the event the signed up for and if they don't know some material, that's their chance to hear new music then. Do better 🧡
We had so much fun. This was our second Emo Night Brooklyn event at the Stone Pony and it was awesome. Great music, great people, great atmosphere. I will be coming back for the next one!
My favorite DJ by far for emo night I think his name was James or Josh he was very funny, nice and engaged with the crowd he also played an amazing mix of genres. The food was also good and came fast. Bartenders are always nice and know how to make a drink.
Loved everything about it. The ending was so great. The black parade, the kill, and sk8ter boi went so hard. I kissed a girl emo cover was top tier. Amazing night
I had so much fun being surrounded by people who loved music that I loved . The vibes were immaculate I would love to return again to another emo night . Even my boyfriend loved it and he just tagged along :) . I had the best time of my life
I literally cannot say enough about Emo Night BK- the vibes, the DJ, the songs, the crowd. It's everything!!! My friends and I look forward to it so much- BEST event in LA and the best emo night!!!
is a party , a emo party, so fun, jump, jump until you can do it anymore amazing
It’s a fun night if you’re into 2000s/2010s emo, even if you’re only somewhat into the genre. You only need to know the more mainstream songs and bands to have a good time. The DJs have awesome energy and the special guests are a really cool surprise
This was my first emo nite concert and the experience was outstanding. Being surrounded by other people who grew up with the same music that I have listened to felt mesmerizing. The crew on stage were welcoming and full of energy when singing along to throwbacks. They really interacted with the crowd and brought out the energy from them. I hope to go to another Emo nite soon.
Really great experience. Great music. Perfect Dj's. This was my first time at Emonite Brooklyn and it was alot of fun. I am looking foward to the next one.
Emo night is always fun! The Djs play all the jams! You are just singing your favorite tunes with a bunch of other emos!
The music was extremely poppy and dad rock. I came for emo music. This was my 3rd time attending emo night Brooklyn. The last time they played pretty good emo. The harder stuff (Silverstein, Underoath, emmure, senses fail, etc.) This time they played a ton of Paramore, linkin park and a lot of other pop/rock songs to get the crowd moving I assume. We come for emo music. It’s emo night. Not 94.5 the buzz radio. Get another DJ next time who actually knows what true emo music is please.
Emo Night was great. The DJ was super chill and even allowed requests. Would definitely do it again!
The $25 parking, or $10 parking if you walked from a further lot, was too expensive imo. The drinks and food at the bar also had very inflated prices. There were two events going on at the same time in the venue. This caused there to be too many people at times. One Emo Night DJ was pretty good, but the other DJ was sub-par. The music didn’t really live up to my expectations, but I still had a fun time moshing and singing to the songs I knew. The bathrooms were pretty nice and the free ice water dispenser on the counter was a huge plus. All the staff was pretty nice and they helped crowd-surfers get back on their feet by the stage.
