Elevation Worship in Concert
Blending styles of rock, EDM, Christian pop, and traditional worship, Elevation Worship has become one of the most beloved groups of their kind in contemporary music. Based in 2007 out of Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, the band leads worship in church on weekends and also plays concerts across the U.S. Prior to having a deal in place, Elevation Worship released four albums including their 2010 breakthrough ‘Kingdom Come,' which would reach No. 5 on the U.S. Heatseekers Albums and No. 17 on the U.S. Christian Albums charts. After the levee of recognition broke, the group signed to Essential Records and released live album ‘For the Honor' in 2011, which received acclaim from Christian music reviewers. Elevation Worship showcased not only that their anthemic tunes soared, but that the live setting is a natural habitat, showcasing true ability to command a crowd with memorable melodies and shimmering guitars. ‘For the Honor' also became their first album to chart on the U.S. Billboard 200, reaching No. 193., and reaching No. 1 on U.S. Heatseekers.
‘Nothing Is Wasted,' another live record from 2013, would become the band's first No. 1 album on the U.S. Christian Albums chart, and would reach No. 41 on the U.S. Billboard 200, the band's highest ranking to date. As it turned out, their live albums — often recorded in front of crowds upwards of 16,000 people — were Elevation Worship's sweet spot. With their 2016 massive hit single "O Come to the Altar," the band made it to No. 2 on both the U.S. Christian and Christian Airplay singles charts on Billboard. The following year, Elevation Worship's ‘There Is a Cloud' was nominated for the Gospel Music Association's Dove Award in the Worship Album of the Year and Long Form Video of the Year categories. It was also nominated for Top Christian Album at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.
Elevation worship’s elevation nights tour was amazing.
It was simply amazing!!!!! It was like a reset button and renewed FAITH! It was quite moving to see thousands of people praising and worshipping! The Spirit was felt!!! Without a doubt!!! And of course Pastor Furtick gave a chilling sermon! Grabbed his book the very next day! Thank you!!!! Come back to NY soon!?!!!
The songs ministered to my life and brought me closer to God. The sermon was amazing as well. I didn’t care for the location, the venue is outdated, poor view, angle to the screen. There should of been more screens, hopefully the next time you come it’ll be at a better location.
Absolutely amazing and uplifting!!!! Looking forward to seeing them again!!!
Had the most amazing , uplifting experience. The concert and the added bonus from Pastor Steve’s preaching was spirit filled and well received.
we all had a real good night of Christian fellowship and worship
Love, Love, Love, Elevation Worship. This was their first time in Bridgeport, CT I pray they will come back. Love Pastor Steve and Holly. I hope to visit their church in NC one day and get the full church worship experience with the Word of God.
If they come back to Philadelphia, I would purchase tickets again.
This was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been. It was a wonderful night of Worship and I really felt the presence of God. Amazing singers and musicians! I will definitely go again!
I took my daughter to the show and I do like the music but it's really not my thing. No alcohol event too!
From start to finish the show was amazing!!! The surprise of Pastor Furtick was icing on the cake.
I recently started listening to Pastor Furtick, Holly, and Elevation Church. Pastor Furtick and Holly are 'real,' anointed, relevant, and on fire for the Lord. I've been sharing Elevation Church with my family and friends! This was my first Elevation experience, and it won't be my last. I had an awesome time. All of the volunteers were personable and helpful. Everything was delivered as promised. I am forever changed and grateful. However, it was a little long, the seats were too close, and exiting the arena was a beast. It was still worth it. May God continue to bless you and keep you.
A sold out crowd for an amazing night of worship! The music, cinematography, speakers were all outstanding! The crowd was pumped and it was wonderful to be surrounded by people praising God welcoming Him into this space.
Absolutely amazing performance with a bonus sermon that touched the heart. Every song was perfect. I would suggest if going to Wells Fargo center, get lower level seats to enjoy the best acoustics.
It was amazingly wonderful. From beginning to end, every person that preformed and shared a message played a part in it. This was Elevation Worship and Steven Furtick’s first time in Philadelphia. I can’t wait for their next show! Definitely will try my best to go to every show when they come back to Philly.
Truly amazing!! It was an honor to see elevation along with Steven and holly Furtick !! We love you so much! We can’t wait for you to come back!!
Everything is good. The experience is just above the expectations. Stage set design is thumbs up. Overall is a come back experience.
The performances were spectacular. Watching the crowd moved me to tears. The message from Steven Furtick was wonderful. I definitely recommend going to see Elevation Worship at least once.
