Been a long time fan of Eddie's. It was dream to see him live! He's soooo funny and over the top! Got two opportunities to meet him, he was so open and personable and of course funny! Will be a fan for life!
We stayed at the Doubletree Hotel which is right next door to Robinson Music Hall; The event was very late starting, but we had great seats, I could hear every joke that was told by all comedians; had a great time and Eddie Griffin was great as I anticipated .
Eddie was my favorite comedian/actor before I attended this event. I don't hate him but I will never again attend one of his live shows in my life. The events that took place before Eddie came out was great, the Robinson Center Music Hall was wonderful but Eddie was a little much on the White jokes. I am a white girl but my stepfather is black and I grew up around black folks, but I thought Eddie was over the white thing, don't get me wrong somethings are funny but some are too much. I'm not going to say that I'm completely disappointed with the show but I lost a bit of respect for him. I will say that the white boy in the front row got everything he deserved and that's not what I'm saying at all. I don't know maybe because this was the first live comedy show that I have ever been to, I just didn't know what to expect.
Dancers were good. Comedy was good. It was my Birthday & I laughed hard! I am a huge fan! Even though he makes it clear he doesn't like white people. Lol
One of the greatest comedians I ever seen. I will come see him anytime he come to or near Little Rock.
Great show!!!! Will def attend another! Eddie is a realist and an outstanding comedian.
I like everything about the show from the dancers to the main event of the crazy, funny , and cool Eddie Griffin.
The show was fantastic from start to finish! Eddie Griffin hit the stage armed and ready! This show was worth the money! Go Eddie! Keep doing your thing!!
Good show. Disappointed that it started an hour late, otherwise very good show. He did not disappoint. He was on a roll!!!! Very good with improv. Quick thinker on his feet!
I truly enjoyed the showed. It was the BOMB! I could have listened to Eddie all night long! His ability to make you laugh is definitely a gift from God! If you're planning to see him, you won't be disappointed.
I had high expectations when going to this performance, as I have watched numerous movies and stand-up presentations by Eddie, and this show was AMAZING and VERY ENTERTAINING. Usually if there is more than one comedian, at least one of them is just there to take up time but this is not the case with this show. All three of them were entertaining and got the crowd into it. They also did a great job getting the crowd excited for Eddie Griffin. I wish that there would have been more advertising and promoting for this event, as Eddie is a living legend. There was definitely less people there than what I expected and this was ONLY due to lack of promotion. I look forward to going to more events at the Dow Event Center and also seeing more of Eddie Griffin's great new performances/movies/stand-up. Thank you for giving me the time to give a review.
Eddie was hilarious, told it like it was. Worth every penny.
My husband and I went to see Eddie's show (which he says is his last tour), and had a great time of laughter. Eddie was tremendously funny and crazy as hell. The other comedians were also very entertaining. It was a good night.
Wonderful, from the begining to the end including the opening acts. Eddie dropped some real knowledge and situations that make you think about things twice. You walk away with something to think about, which is Golden in all aspects. It was rumored that this is his last tour, so I recommend that all who can to go see him. The show and the knowledge he drops is Priceless!!
I really enjoy the show and so did my friend. Would go again God bless Eddie on his new adventure
He was very humorous and gave you something to think about. Its a shame this is his last tour because I would definitely go see him again.
Eddie's SHOW OPENERS Were So Funny! Give them a show!
My husband and I always make it to his shows when he is in town. We even got a surprise appearance from Eddie when we went to see Huggy Lowdown a while back. He is definitely one of the greatest. We are not going to see him at Cramtom University, but I am wondering why he isn't performing at Warner or Constitution Hall like he usually does. If anyone knows, please tell me why. Trust me, he will not disappoint you. He is one of the greatest story tellers ever. Don't miss him like we missed another great one perform...Mr. Bernie Mac. Eddie is definitely up there.
This was a gift for my husband, so the tickets were free for us. Saying that I would have to say it was a great show. I would have bought the tickets if I knew it was going to be that funny. But if I was going to see another one of Eddie's shows I would skip the meet & greet. It didnt cost a lot but he was rude, and you dont meet him AT ALL! He quickly shakes your hand, signs anything you put in he's face and thats it. Standing by a wall waiting to shake he's hand and be made fun of isnt worth the cash we paid. So skip that, but you'll love the show. I laughed so hard I thought I would pee myself, so go and enjoy yourself!
