Unbelievably great! They are one of my fav bands ever, and they were amazing last friday at the sinclair. They played the whole Dub Side of the Moon plus another 6-7 songs! Couldn't get any better!

Easy Star All Stars put on a great show. Set list was well organized to keep the crowd dancing, and everybody responded to the obvious energy and enjoyment of the performers. The Howard Theatre was also a surprisingly good venue. Bar staff were excellent, even bringing drinks out to you on the dancefloor and tracking you down with the check at the end of the night.

    Easy Star was easy listening!

by raskamsgirl on 8/25/11Paradise Rock Club - Boston

What a wonderful surprise! I had never heard of them but was invited to their concert and man...it was awesome! Multicultural reggae bands are the best because they demonstrate what the world of reggae is trying to achieve..."one love"! And their energy!!!! Will buy their albums. The audience members were a cool mix of college kids and older adults. All races, all bobbing their heads. Very nice...don't really see much of that in Boston.

    The Stars are Stars

by Larbo on 9/4/10Venue - Vancouver

This tour is a similar setlist to last year's. High energy, always fun, the All-Stars dished up covers from all 3 discs, plus a few originals. The Venue in Vancouver was the right sized spot to see them.

    Easy Star – Simply Amazing

by ScottieDoes on 6/12/10Paradise Rock Club - Boston

I have been a fan of the Easy Star All-Stars ever since I first came across their Dub Side of the Moon two years ago. I have been dying to see them ever since and love all of their tunes. I finally got the chance this past Thursday to see them live with my girlfriend (her first show) and we had a simply wonderful time. The venue was small (and not too loud, which was nice) and personal and you could tell everyone in attendance loved every minute. On top of playing some of their new, original stuff, they played five or six songs from Lonely Hearts, four or five from Radiodread and about three from Dub Side. They are as good live as I could have hoped and clearly enjoyed themselves. I also liked how they performed their songs close to the album versions, though still with plenty of improve and excitement. I would absolutely recommend seeing Easy Star to anyone if they get the chance. Even if this type of music is not your bag, I’d be surprised if you didn’t have fun. The show was full of laughter and energy, and where else will you find renditions of Dark Side of the Moon, OK Computer and Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band all under the same roof? Good times, good times indeed. Favorite Moment: An explosive rendition of Money (from the Dub Side), with a full run of Exit Music (from Radiodread) as a transition during the instrumentals of Money, then right back in to finish off the Floyd classic.
