This should be on your bucket list

To say seeing a concert at the Sphere was phenomenal is an understatement. The quality of the sound, the immersiveness, the colors on the "screen,"the effects...it's all just beyond amazing and is something that you really can't even describe, you just have to experience it. The Eagles were the perfect band to see there because unlike some bands where you might not be as familiar with a song or two they might sing, EVERY song the Eagles performed was a major hit for them so you knew ALL the lyrics and that just made the experience even better. Don Henley at 78 still has it all going on...his voice sounds great and drumming is on target, Joe Walsh, 78, has definitely lost his voice, still can shred that guitar so you don't even care. Deacon Fry filling in for his now deceased dad, the great Glenn Frey, was amazing, and so to was Vince Gill who fits into the band so seemlessly. Tickets are stupid expensive, but WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I recommend sitting in either the 200 or 300 level seats. We were in section 303 in aisle seats closest to section 304 and in the sixth row so very close to the section 200 level seats and they were PERFECT!!! The venue has decent food and drinks available and of course there are plenty of places to buy Eagles concert merchandise. The t-shirts were high quality but also stupid expensive, although it was such a memorable experience that I coughed up my 50.00 bucks for a cool tshirt to commemorate being there and seeing this classic and awesome band. If you are on the fence, get off, buy your tickets and go...you will not be sorry!
