Nice venue, the sound was clean and not extremely loud. Dweezel and his band do an incredible job playing Franks music. I WILL DEFINITELY GO SEE HIM AGAIN, just like I went to see his dad a few times.
Great show! 4 encore songs! Including Montana,Zomby Woof,Dancin' Fool and I'm the slime!
Just an amazing concert and band. Anyone who was an FZ fan should not miss Zappa Plays Zappa. Dweezil and his band just keep getting better and better. He's even starting to develop some of his dad's mannerisms on stage. Halfway through the concert I realized I had goosebumps it was so good. I took my 15 year old grandson who is into thrash,death metal and he was amazed. I looked over and saw him tapping his foot to Dancing Fool. I couldn't believe the theater was less than half sold out. Frank used to sell out venues this size with no advertising. If Dweezil continues to play his dad's music there are enough songs that he could tour for years. People need to come out and support this band.
I got to see Frank Zappa years ago his son is doing an amazing job with his father's music the musical talent in the band was amazing probably the best concert I've ever seen
Great show! Amazing how the musicians individually play so many different instruments! They all looked like they were having a good time. Even though the attendance was down. The band still rocked for 2 and a half hours! Dweezil is an accomplished guitarist and really down to earth and very appreciative of fans. I can't wait to go next year. The playing of the full album of One Size Fits All was fantastic! I was happy to hear The Grand Wazoo, Cosmic Debris , Baby Snakes and Dancin' Fool! I recommend this show for all fans of music!
Another great show.Did not expect to hear them play Outside now from Joes garage. The guitar solo was fantastic.
This is the second time I have seen Zappa Plays Zappa in the Atlantic City area. September 20, 2015 at Harrah's was another great show. The sound and musicianship of the total band was exceptional! Like other writers I felt shortchanged that there was no encore and at least five songs were cut from the setlist which left patrons feeling somewhat cheated and quite disappointed. There was has been no explanation for this happenstance since that night. On this night, the Grand Wazoo was extraordinary!! If it had been a complete set, the rating would have been a five!!!!
My first Zappa plays Zappa concert was great, Scheila Gonzalez is AMAZING! Was a little disappointed that they did not come back out for an encore, especially since other setlists showed they did and a lot of those songs were ones my husband was waiting to hear!

The show was great as always, but wondering why they cut it short. Disappointed, wanted more.
Another amazing show from ZPZ. Third time this year for me and if they are close by again it will be 4. Only disappointment was Harrah's letting him play for only 90 minutes to get the audience back out on the gaming floor. Usually a 4 song encore.

Dweezil and the talented musicians put on a great show; however the sound mixing was HORRIBLE. Very distorted, did not reach the caliber of Frank at all. I feel bad for the musicians who put their all into the performance, only to have the sound be mediocre at best.
Dweezil and some of the most talented musicians on earth put on another masterpiece with the complete One Size Fits All album and another 90 minutes of some of Frank Zappa's best compositions.
Dweezil continues to amaze us with his rocking teenage combo! Each year ZPZ is better and better. Please continue to tour and spread Frank's music every year. Don't stop doing this. If you have not seen this show, you need to do it. It's the best concert (if you like to watch real musicians perform real music) the 21st century has to offer! Keep up the outstanding job!

Incredibly talented group of people, and also very humble, on the side. Performing wonderfully crafted and very difficult stuff.
IF youre into hearing 6 musicians with more talent than any human should be allowed to posess, than this is the show. 3 hours of jaw dropping wizardry. DZ can hold his own against any guitarist on the planet, his band never faulted the genius of franks compositions. A memorable event i will see every time they come around. Brilliant show!
