Dua Lipa on Tour

One listen to Dua Lipa's rich voice sitting atop all of that bright pop and body-moving beatwork and you already know: this English singer and songwriter is brimming with earned confidence. She's dominated stages everywhere from the esteemed Glastonbury Festival to Singapore's Formula One Grand Prix. Lipa's early days found her holding her own — typically strutting in front of a band and dancers — opening for stadium-worthy acts like Bruno Mars and Coldplay. But she also thrills enrapt audiences headlining her own arena runs, such as her 2020 Future Nostalgia Tour celebrating her disco-kissed but thoroughly modern album of the same name. Lipa's catalog comes to vivid life onstage as she performs a thrilling mix of A-list collaborations with her era's biggest DJs — Diplo, Mark Ronson, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix — and original songs that combine highly emotive verses, super catchy hooks and a modern yet timeless production that may set trends for years to come.

Dua Lipa in Concert

Dua Lipa was born in England to a father who was a lead singer in a Kosovar rock band and a mother who worked in tourism. Fittingly enough, while the family moved around a bit, music and performance were constants — she took classes at the Sylvia Young Theatre School as a child, and turned to YouTube as an outlet when the Lipas relocated to Kosovo, sharing covers of her favorite songs by P!nk, Nelly Furtado, Christina Aguilera and even Chance the Rapper. At 15, she felt destiny calling and got a flat with a friend in London, returning to Sylvia Young while (soon) picking up modeling and hostessing gigs in an effort to fund her growing studio habit and network with people in music. Lipa's faith paid dividends when she inked a deal with Warner Records in 2015 — the label was in need of a major female pop star and her demos showed that promise. Over the next couple of years and several singles, Lipa set records on UK and Euro charts until she crossed the pond with "New Rules," a deliciously clever and empowering song about hooking up. Her 2017 self-titled debut included that radio-conquering dance banger alongside romantically powered pop, hip-hop inflected grooves and one lovely ballad ("Homesick") featuring an uncredited appearance by Coldplay's Chris Martin. A series of one-off collaborations paved the way for her disco and "dancercise"-inspired sophomore 2020 album, Future Nostalgia, led by another international chart-topper, "Don't Start Now."

Dua was incredible; Scotiabank security not so much

by Dua Fan on 7/31/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Dua Lipa was amazing to see live, highly recommend. The security at Scotiabank Arena left something to be desired though.. our bags were not checked and someone let off fireworks at the end of the show..

    Just Awesome!

    by R2 on 7/31/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Full of great energy from the start, fun, well executed, good audio, cool dancing, great visuals… she sings at the top of her register with a lot of talent, but is sweet when it matters…. doesn’t hurt she’s gorgeous too. We were on our feet, dancing the whole show and would go again for sure! Btw the lobster was everything!

    Very short and long wait

by Eli on 7/30/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Honestly dua lipa is good, but the experience is not that good because of long time wait for dua lipa without doing anything. Production didn’t even have music played while waiting for dua lipa. Opening act finished very early and waited for dua lipa for 45-50 minutes to start without playing any music at all. Plus dua lipa concert is pretty short and lots of waiting time.

Great concert but in a not safe place

by Vanessa on 7/30/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

The concert was great but I was so scared at the end. I can’t believe an arena like Scotiabank allow people enter with fireworks.

    Not enough screens

by Avril on 7/30/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

She was amazing! And her show was great. However, the venue (Scotiabank Arena) not so great. If you are going to sell side rows that barely have visibility into the stage, the least you can do is turn on the middle screens so people on the sidelines can see something. Highly disappointed that the only two extra screens were just next to the stage

    Nothing short of legendary

by Ramy on 7/30/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

She is an icon, a legend, and she is the moment. This wasn’t just a concert. It was a spectacle. Dua Lipa will shine for a very long time.

    What a Great Concert!

by Gabriel Carrillo Montoya on 7/30/22Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

The show was beyond my expectations. I knew it was going to be a good concert, because I had watched on Youtube some videos of Dua Lipa's previous shows. However, being there at the arena was a diferentes story. Technically, the sound quality and lighting were fenomenal. The dancers' vibes were great, and Dua's performance on stage was awesome... not mentioning her amazing voice...she really can sing! Dua Lipa is already a star, so let's hope she continues bringing us more and more hits and better and better concerts. She has set the bar very high for herself, so she will have a huge challenge in her future concerts.

    Great Show

by Emily Duffy on 7/30/22Centre Bell - Montreal

She put on a great show!!! Love it!! I just wish the tickets had a warning about not being able to see her blocked by the stage pole.

    Centre Bell, Montréal

by Sebastien on 7/29/22Centre Bell - Montreal

what a great show!! she has so much energy and connected with her fans. Can’t stand there: have to danse ! :) However I though that the ‘Rogers acces’ allowed us in a ‘special’ Rogers section in the Bell Center: so I got there few minutes before the show and… it was not the case … I was kind of stucked behind a lot of that people .. so I watched the show most of the time on the screens beside the parter
