Dr. Jane Goodall Tickets

Jane Goodall is a legend, so of course we had to see her! She lived up to her reputation as a modest, engaging and inspiring speaker. Her lecture lasted a little over an hour. The only 2 complaints were that 1) the venue didn't project live video of her speaking on the screen above her (would have been nice to see her facial expressions) and 2) there was a huge camera on a boom stationed on the stage that was constantly moving around like a giant dinosaur. Perhaps they were filming for a documentary or for her future exhibit at the National Geographic Museum, but it was really distracting, especially as it got really up close to her face like some sort of curious creature. The Anthem is always an excellent venue though and we will return.

Such an inspiration. My hero. We have learned so much from this beautiful human being. If everyone cared even a fraction as much as Jane did, we’d solve most of the problems in the world today.

Everything about this experience was incredible. First of all, Dr. Jane Goodall is a living legend. Her ecological work is well known but I was astounded by her dedication to humanitarian efforts. She’s every bit as classy and intelligent as you would imagine, but also has an amazing sense of humor. When it comes to the venue The Anthem cannot be beat. Staff are friendly and professional, the venue is spotless, and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. The Wharf is beautiful and entertaining. I highly recommend dinner at Mi Vide next door. Overall what I’ve come to expect from an event at The Anthem. Simply an extraordinary experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I thought the lecture was fabulous. I do have a complaint that it is difficult to find the correct seats. Two groups of attendants accused us of being in the wrong seats and one of the groups was very rude. Making it easier to find the correct seats could solve this problem.

What a delightful presence Dr Goodall has and she is one of the best story tellers of all times. I could listen to her endlessly. She is engaging, and motivating at the same time. A true lifetime experience.

Such an honor to be in the same room with an amazing icon! Enjoyed hearing her tell stories. But.... The venue was too big and the camera circling her was very distracting.

Outstanding, informative presentation by Dr. Goodall! Time has been good to her and she has been an invaluable protector to the planet.
