    Great interactive show for kids!

by jolenelavine21 on 1/22/13San Jose Civic - San Jose

The Phineas & Ferb show at the San Jose civic was a great show for the kids. It was well-done and performed wonderfully, however, as usual, the souveniers and concessions were extremely overpriced.

    Awesome!!!

    by Mika1978 on 1/22/13Paramount Theatre-Oakland - Oakland

My son and nephew had a blast at the Phineas and Ferb show. This was our 2nd time attending, we went last year as well. The show was just as good the 2nd time around. I purchased better seats this time and it was worth it. We were right behind the VIP seats and could see the characters up close and personal. The dancing, singing the entire show was excellent. I wish the kids in front could have interacted with the characters for a bit after the show.

    Lots of fun

    by GrandmasGift on 1/22/13Paramount Theatre-Oakland - Oakland

Although I've never watched Phineas & Ferb on T.V., I was very entertained by the show. I took my 6yr old granddaughter (as a Christmas gift). She absolutely loved the performance. We had such a good time.

Loved the songs and it was so much fun that we wanted to go again... Didn't like the fact that they didn't let me take any pictures!

Phineas and Ferb Live wasn't as good as the show

by LMGia on 1/21/13San Jose Civic - San Jose

The seats were overpriced, even for balcony. With most children's shows they are entertaining for adults to a certain degree. This was not. I spent $35 to be bored to tears. The kids liked it ok but asked to go home more than once. If you aren't close to the stage you will definitely feel left out like you are watching everyone else have "fun". I was very disappointed.

    My granchildren loved it

by pleasantonbubbe on 1/21/13San Jose Civic - San Jose

All I could think of was Mel Brooks saying "Merchandising, Merchandising" when he played Yogurt.. Lots of plastic tchatchkes to buy, hawkers came thru the auditorium during break. The kids loved the show , they are 8,6,4. and are fans of Phineas and Ferb. The dancing and singing were very professional, the costumes were great, the multimedia effects of the screen behind the live action was great, professional lighting. Lots of breaking down that "fourth wall" by going into the audience, sending stuff from the stage to the audience. Lots of security, i think the venue felt very safe. SJ Civic Center was beautifully restored.

    Great for the kids

by vtcatherine on 1/21/13San Jose Civic - San Jose

I took my five and seven year old children, who are huge fans of the show. They had a fantastic time, and asked if they can come back to see them every year. I think they enjoyed it more than any other show they've seen. The timing was such that they didn't get bored, and all the songs that they loved form the show were included. Now they are asking if there will be a Phineas and Ferb Christmas show in town...

Great if your kids love Phineas and Ferb. The eyes on the characters were a little scary though. Candace and Jeremy could be taller.

in all my life watching performances, this is the only one i seriously regret paying for it. our seats are fantastic, but i just want to play with my iphone. frankly the tv episode is so much better than the so-called live show. the voice was recorded, sure same as disney on ice. but at least disney on ice is in the biggest venue in town like HP pavilion where lady gaga or stars alike performed. i cannot believe i bought the tickets 8 months in advance and paid much more than what i would pay for disney on ice for this level of performance. performers did their job fine. the program is nothing but those parades inside disneyland. friends we happen to bump into felt the same. i don't mind watching the tv program with my little one at home. i will never ever wasting my money there.

    Wicked

by Shellmybelly on 1/15/13Rogers Centre - Toronto

My kids loved the show. They did say Ferb's nose looked funny. They loved the big balls in the audience and them shooting out gifts. Also liked the confetti falling on us at the end. I just wish adults would be more considerate of the children. We had 4 adults in front of us so my children's view was obstructed. Atleast have every other seat a child so kids can see.

    Just OK

    by Jenfan22 on 1/14/13Rogers Centre - Toronto

I think the kids liked it well enough, but I felt the production was simply ok. Not up to Disney's usual standards. Most of the favorite characters showed up, but sometimes they were overly excited -- lots of jumping and frantic hand-waving, not exactly what I would expect from Ferb, in particular. Many of the musical numbers were rehashed into a very corny storyline. The flashing of images in the background during the musical numbers was cheesy, at best.

Great show! We had never been to anything like this - so we thought it was GREAT!!! Music/songs from the cartoon series were fantastically acted out on the stage by life size characters. Loved Dr. Heinz Duffenschmirtz!!!
