My boys said it was "the best show- EVER!!!"

by kkrogers on 2/4/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

My 3 and 5 year old sons really enjoyed being able to stand up and dance! Only comment would be the intermission was a little long...maybe have something like some of the cartoon episode still shots for them to identify on a screen..they were getting antsy!

Lots of familiar songs from the show. The kids and adults had a great time!

Phineas and Ferb fun, but not worth the cost

by MomOfARCT on 2/4/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

My husband and I took our 3 boys ages 4 to 11 to see the show. The show was entertaining and family friendly. However, considering the cost of the tickets, it was too short. I suppose that the length is good if you have younger kids or very bored parents. But the on-stage event was only about 1 hour total. The story was good and the dancing and singing was entertaining for all of us. The Bellco Theater was difficult to find and the parking a nightmare. Also Disney offers all kinds of "souveniers" that are so over-priced it left many parents fuming at begging kids and plenty of other kids in tears. Most of the souveniers cost as much if not more than the tickets themselves. If I had known this, I would have purchased the cheap tickets and seen just as much and saved my money for the fortune I could have spent on snacks and souveniers.

    Phineas and Ferb

by ncubed on 2/4/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

This show was perfectly acceptable for younger kids and my nine-year-old said it wasn't bad but I thought they could have thrown a few more jokes in for the adults because otherwise it was pretty boring. However, the souvenirs and snacks were outrageously expensive so be prepared because the kids will talk you into it and you'll end up spending more than the cost of the tickets!

    Kid had an Awesome time!

by Bsagrikli on 2/4/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

Surprised our 6 year old with a lengthy trip to see the show. He had a blast. I don't think he blinked until intermission. Worth the trip.

Phineas and Ferb was pretty mundane

by Anonymous on 2/4/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

Nice for audience participation but really lame storyline. Not enough Perry.

Phineas and Ferb was very entertaining!!!

    by Bigbilly64 on 2/3/13Bellco Theatre - Denver

The show was great and the music kept the children entertained. The theatre however was less than desirable. We ordered seats down close (that cost a little more) but the flat slope created very difficult viewing.

    Kid at Heart

by KeiKei22 on 1/31/13Paramount Theater Oakland - San Francisco

Love, love, loved it!!! I'm a kid at heart and I think I enjoyed the show more than my son. :-). My parents came along for the ride too. I love Disney shows..... I will gladly be a guest at another show. :-). The suveneurs were bananas!!! My son grabbed the first thing he saw that read masculine to him. He has so many toys I would've preferred something that I wouldn't give away after a couple of months for the prices but all and all ... we all had fun.

Phineas n Ferb was really the BEST LIVE SHOW EVER!

    by HaydensMommySara on 1/30/13Paramount Theatre-Oakland - Oakland

This show was great, the characters were all really fun, and it was a lot of interaction with the kids. I really even enjoyed myself being the mom! My son had an absolute blast and is still talking about it almost two weeks later :) Also something really great was that the BART station was literally right across the street so we didnt have to worry about parking

    Phineas and Ferb are great

    by merrymack on 1/24/13Paramount Theatre-Oakland - Oakland

The cast of the show showed great exuberance, just as every episode of the animated show does. There is an intermission about 40 minutes into the show, which comes faster than you think! I think every child there was having the time of their lives. The cast is quite interactive with the audience and children were sitting on the edge of their seats or standing in total awe.

    Nothing LIVE! about it

    by Anonymous on 1/23/13Paramount Theatre-Oakland - Oakland

Lip synching through expressionless masks and half-hearted shaking of limbs hardly makes a show live. Even the 5 year olds were disappointed when the Firecamp girls came on stage to be the band, only to grab cardboard Guitar hero style instruments and "play" to the pre-recorded soundtrack. Even the somewhat creative device of the slide between the TV world and the real world was done 20 years ago by Alice Cooper. This was sheer money-making drek from Disney.

    Phin & Ferb Let Down

by Sunnieliss on 1/22/13San Jose Civic - San Jose

The show was okay but the prices for snacks were outrageous! $10 for cotton candy/$12 for popcorn??? Families can afford the ticket prices, but snack prices are not family-friendly. I was really irritated about this. The snacks all came in a souvenir container, so that drives the price up, but you couldn't get them plain, without the souvenir containers. As far as the show was concerned, the music was good, dancing and visuals were really good and the kids enjoyed it. But after less than 1 hour, they announced an intermission and the show was only 2 hours total! It was obvious they did it to sell more expensive food and souvenirs. I think shows like this should remember their audience is generally families with kids on a budget - who else would go to this???

While I found the event cheap and boring, my children loved it and we're thrilled that their cartoon characters came to life. They loved the dancing and Perry. Lip singing with very little audience participation left me happy that the only 60 minutes show was over.
