Frozen was beautifully acted and sung, the costumes and sets were spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the performance! The entry process at Cadillac Palace was, however, disorganized and inconvenient. Our tickets were at will-call. Still, we were directed through the vax-check and bag check lines. When asked for tickets at the final point of entry, I was then told I had to exit the theater, get back in the long vax-check line (on a freezing winter day) and re-enter a different door, collect my tickets, and re-enter the bag check line. During the entire process, the staff were anything but pleasant. I get it...everyone is on their last nerve these days. But perhaps a more organized entry system would have avoided the confusion and frustration for patrons and staff alike. The staff throughout the theater were no better. Not one kind word or pleasant face...just crabby and snappy to everyone. No matter...we were so happy to be there, we just chalked it up to "stressed in the city" staff. It wouldn't keep me from returning...I'm so happy "Broadway in Chicago" is back!
