    Exciting

by Jess on 1/25/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

This was my first experience at a musical and I was extremely happy I pick specifically this one. I took my 12 and 5 year old daughters. They loved it! Now they look forward to more. Hopefully they bring a “frozen 2.”

    Amazing Time

by Crown Point on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

The show was fabulous. I was a little worried if it would keep my 5 year old a big Frozen fan entertained. She absolutely loved it and can’t wait to see another show!

    Great show, but . . .

by Dad on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

Very fun night for the kids at Disney's Frozen in Chicago! The cast was GREAT! Costumes, special effects, sounds, orchestra - everything was first class and well done. The only hitches to an otherwise great performance and evening were: (1) because of the Chicago heavy-handed Covid restrictions, we had to race around to get the kids negative Covid tests within a few hours before the show, and several testing sites had run out of tests; (2) Again because of Covid, all of the concessions (including bottled water) were closed; and (3) There was a gratuitous scene where all of the extras in the cast wore body suits as if they were all naked and danced the equivalent of a Vegas chorus line (at the front of the stage to insure they were "in your face"). It was completely disjointed from the story line, unnecessary, and inappropriate for a family audience. It should be removed from the performance.

    Amazing experience and safe environment

by A. Wiles on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

My family and I had a blast at this amazing show (Frozen). We were able to focus on the outstanding performances instead of worrying about our safety. The Cadillac Palace Theater and their staff did a great job assuring they and the attendees were safe by following recommended Covid-19 safety protocols. We can’t wait for our next show.

    Frozen 1/20/22

    by J. W. on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

Even though this show was ending its run in Chicago, the performance and cast make the experience like it was the first time! I loved the special effects! Thank you for the wonderful time!

    Best show ever

by Tracy on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

This show wasn’t high on my bucket list of shows to see but my girls wanted to see it. I’m so glad we did as this was probably the best Broadway show we have probably ever seen! The unexpected special effects blew us away and wanting us to see it again! I could go on and on about each character as it was simply awesome. Well done!

    Frozen

by LoLay on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

It was wonderful, I took my 8 year old granddaughter, this was her first stage show, and she loved it so much, when it was time for the intermission she said I want to see more. She thought it was over. However she had to sit on my leg through the whole show because the people in front of us were big and she couldn’t see from her seat. However it was a great show for her, and I enjoyed what parts I was able to see.

    Grammar School Event

by jms on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

The entire performance was first class and the voices of the principal players were terrific. Unfortunately, I can't help but think that all of the fireworks, disappearing acts and the other special effects played to the audience of grammar and middle school patrons. I suppose it's to be expected what with films being overdosed on CGE special effects and the introduction of such pyrotechnics as the helicopter in "Miss Saigon" and the chandelier in "Phantom". Whatever happened to the story?

    Such a great show!!!!

by Laura Slow on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

What a great experience we had!! We were in the balcony and our usher (Jim or John) was so friendly and nice. The show of course was amazing. Wonderfully talented people. Special effects were jaw dropping and surprising. Loved it!!! The security at the parking garage were helpful and nice. The security outside the theater were a little pushy, but people weren't listening to what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

Greatest show ive seen in a long time!!

by Liz F. on 1/24/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

I don't watch a lot of shows in a theatre, but seeinf frozen with my son was a wonderful treat! I knew my song would love it, as we both love disney movies, but I enjoyed the love version more than I expected to. The actors did a marvelous job, the songs were fun a new and during the Let it Go scene, i actually got choked up about how well it was played out and how beautiful it was. Thank you for a wonderul way to spend the evening!!

Excellent performances but your seats are too, too tight.

I lost my gloves and the Cadillac Palace does not have a lost and found. My gloves were very special to me.

    Amazing Performance!

    by TSChris13 on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

Frozen was beautifully acted and sung, the costumes and sets were spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed the performance! The entry process at Cadillac Palace was, however, disorganized and inconvenient. Our tickets were at will-call. Still, we were directed through the vax-check and bag check lines. When asked for tickets at the final point of entry, I was then told I had to exit the theater, get back in the long vax-check line (on a freezing winter day) and re-enter a different door, collect my tickets, and re-enter the bag check line. During the entire process, the staff were anything but pleasant. I get it...everyone is on their last nerve these days. But perhaps a more organized entry system would have avoided the confusion and frustration for patrons and staff alike. The staff throughout the theater were no better. Not one kind word or pleasant face...just crabby and snappy to everyone. No matter...we were so happy to be there, we just chalked it up to "stressed in the city" staff. It wouldn't keep me from returning...I'm so happy "Broadway in Chicago" is back!

    Excellent

by Lovely on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

After, my 20 year son finally decided to attend with me, I believe he enjoyed Frozen more than I did. He enjoyed singing the songs and our favorite part was the closing of Act 1!!!!!

    Amazing

by TC on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

This show completely exceeded my expectations. I went for the costume change but was even more impressed with how the story was improved upon. Even better than the movie. Case in point: Hygge. If that was the only difference, I’d have been sold. Highly recommended!

    Finally! 3 RD time’s a charm!

by Patty on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

Bought tickets last summer for daughter myself and granddaughters. 12/21 Didn’t tell them til the day was close. Had a room next door, saw all the lights, had lunch and then show was cancelled! Rescheduled 1/16, granddaughter want feeling well enough to attend. Finally Limo from the burbs to the most fantastic musical ever. I thought my granddaughters would love it, wished I brought my husband. Light show, young Anna and Elsa Were fabulous and adorable, much to my younger red headed granddaughter’s delight! The music and singing and all players just wonderful, so worth the wait and what a first theater experience for my 9 and 11 year old girls. Thank you so much!

by JJ on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

One of the best Broadway shows I’ve seen. Every Frozen fan must see this. The scene changes, lighting, special effects, costumes, songs/singers, etc… we’re all so impressive.

    Great show and cast!

by HeatherK on 1/23/22Cadillac Palace - Chicago

I took my 5 year old to this as her first Broadway show, and we both loved it! The cast was amazingly talented! The only downfall was the venue's strict COVID guidelines didn't allow us to have any water during the show. I understand why, but that made it more challenging to enjoy the performance because we got thirsty! Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves!
