ALADDIN, one of Broadway's most extravagant spectacles, is on tour in a production that’s dazzling audiences across North America. Like the hit musical comedy that opened at Broadway's New Amsterdam Theatre in 2014 — and broke 14 New Amsterdam box-office records — ALADDIN’s touring production has been a runaway smash. Since launching its second national tour in October 2022, the touring production has perfectly embodied the Broadway show’s eye-popping illusions, glittering-gold costumes and stargazing rendition of “A Whole New World.” With music by Academy Award-winner Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Tim Rice, and costuming by Tony Award-winner Gregg Barnes, ALADDIN is “Exactly What You Wish For!” (NBC-TV).

For our show the genie was played by Ellis Dawson, who was the standby genie. I was a little concerned at first but he did absolutely amazing. I don't even know how it could get any better! Extremely happy I had the chance to see this show.

Great performance by all actors and ensemble. Singing was delightful and so was the choreography.
I have nothing but great things to say about this musical. The scenery was beautiful and amazingly changed in unique ways. The cast did an overwhelming good job! We were sitting on the side in section 3, our seats were very good. Better than I expected, since this was the first time at the Orpheum. I definitely will return to the Orpheum!!
Had a fantastic time at Aladdin! The cast, adaptation, stage sets, and orchestra kept me engaged throughout the entire performance! it was my favorite to date!
Such a fun show; great vocals & orchestra, stunning costumes, clever & beautiful sets, and the Prince Ali number was spectacular! We could NOT see how they got that magic carpet to fly! Our performance had a couple subs, both were great, especially the genie; so glad he had this time to shine! Great casting, everyone was great on stage. A must see! One word of advice, several panhandlers right outside the theater after the matinee performance. Someone in our group gave a guy $1 and got an eye roll. At least they didn't chase or verbally mouth off anyone. Just keeping walking, they won't bother you. Don't let this deter you from seeing this amazing show!
This production ranks as one of the best plays I have ever seen. Amazing performances by all and the sets were over the top.
Attended this show as a birthday gift to our teenager and it did not disappoint. Amazing show! This was as impressive as the Lion King. We would see it again!
Aladdin was inexplicably fantastic! The casting of characters along with stage settings and the music and the sheer raw talent on that stage was truly a memory my daughter and I will never forget!
LOVED LOVED LOVED Aladdin. Sets were AMAZING, cast was AMAZING, music was AMAZING. Only thing I wish that the gentleman in the 6 ft high wheel chair would have be given a different seat so that me and the lady behind me could see the whole stage instead of just 1/2 of it.
I absolutely loved Aladdin. I had seen Aladdin on Broadway in NYC in 2015. This was just as spectacular. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out.

Aladdin was spectacular...it was hard to drag my eyes away from the stage but I wanted to see my 8 year old granddaughter's face. Her mouth was open in awe during most of the production! Thank you, Disney!
the show started almost on time, seats were comfortable, set was gorgeous! sound could have been turned up just a bit, but was very clear! loved all the characters especially the Genie (of course) and Aladdin and his friends. kept true to movie, but added a few new songs that fit. I loved "you aint never had a friend like me"....so over the top, but so awesome. the costumes were beautiful and so colorful. Worth every penny!!
One of the best shows I've seen in a long time! Mine and my step daughter's first time at the Orpheum. Truly an unforgettable experience!

I was blown away by the sets, technology, props, casting, acting, and fun updates to the music, plot, and dialogue. It is definitely worth sitting close on this one, to experience fog, streamers, firecrackers and more!
