I attended the concert with my daughter and my best friend. We all dressed as princesses. It was such a magical experience. It made me feel like a kid again. Definitely a 10/10 performance
Nothing short of 5 performers who sing some Disney songs. No costumes, no princesses, no props and NO fun!
This is my second time seeing this concert. Absolutely loved it both times even though it was mostly a different cast. My 2 year old daughter loved it too!!! I canât wait to make this hopefully an annual tradition. One thing I also liked is that itâs not too loud; which was perfect because my daughter was diagnosed with an ear infection that morning! So I took her headphones but she didnât really need them. Great concert for Disney music lovers.
I didn't recognize most of the songs. They seemed to wait until near the end to perform songs from more recent movies. My granddaughter got bored.
This show was very nice. The singers were awesome! The background movie clips were on point. I would definitely go again!
I thought the performances were ok; however, whomever the arranger is seemed to speed up the tempo of the songs to pack more in. It really took away from the gravity of some of the iconic music. Talented singers and pianists, though. The crowd is what got me. I knew I was to expect a lot of children but it seems like most of the kids at the show were just completely distracted. There was a group of kids behind me who were talking the entire time I was there. So many people just walking about during the performances. We left at intermission. If you want to listen to iconic Disney music, you're better off listening to a recording without the distractions and noise around you.
This was a great experience! I enjoyed watching and listening to all the beautiful songs I love so much! Loved the voices of the three Princesses and the Prince and it was so nice to meet them before the concert. I also admired the director and his performance and talent.đŒđ¶
I believe you would appreciate this show if you went primarily to enjoy Broadway singers doing Disney songs. As singers, they were fantastic! Unfortunately the set-up lacked the Disney "magic"that you would expect with anything Disney-related. I saw kids dressed up in their adorable princess costumes and, with the exception of a few popular songs that they were able to sing along, they looked bored. For me, it was enjoyable to listen to their beautiful voices...but not at Disney-priced tickets.
One reason I paid so much to see the show was Susan Egan. She wasnât there. I waited a while but then realized she wasnât going to be there. I missed her. Her replacement was good but didnât carry the same booming voice. The male singer was amazing. Loved him and would see a show because he was in it.
So amazing I felt like I was 5 again the feeling of nostalgia made my eyes water
Once again, Disney did not disappoint in creating a magical, memorable and fun moment for my daughter. She was in awe the entire time and was singing to every song she knew. Thank you Disney.
I will give it 5 stars and would have been happy to give it ten stars. It was magical and stupendous. Singers were amazing. Song selections were magical. The whole evening was a dream come true. True disney!
It was just 3 singers singing with movie background. Disappointed. Sorry not worth the $60 tickets. Not even 1 princess dressed up. No dance routine even? Kind of lacking and the crowd is restless expecting more by intermission. A hard pass next time.
If you like Disney princesses and songs, or live performance overall, youâll love this show. My daughter and I had a blast.
If you Love Broadway and Disney princesses, this is the show to enjoy.I will warn now guests that our younger will be very confused that the Disney princesses do not appear on stage. But other than that, the show was amazing, it was overall great time.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this show, and it really surprised me and I had so much fun! 3 Broadway actresses came out on stage and sang Disney princess songs while clips from the movies played on a screen behind them. The actresses were not wearing Disney costumes, but lovely dresses; in the first act they were wearing green, pink and blue and the second act they were wearing gold that reflected nicely off the lights and sometimes made the dresses change colors. There was a live piano player on the stage with them, but other instrumental music seemed to be playing somewhere offstage, as I didn't see a pit below the stage they were on. It was a very fun time, but parents with children should be advised that there will be NO ACTUAL PRINCESSES at the show. They should be easily entertained by the movie clips on the screen behind the singers, but if your child really has to see the princess, then I don't recommend this show; perhaps a Broadway show unless they can't sit that long through it. Also, it would be a wise idea to watch all of the Disney princess movies with your kids because they did go back to the OG princesses and the party I went with questioned if the children even knew who Cinderella, Aurora and Snow White were. They probably didn't even know who the 80's, 90's and early 00's princesses were either. Other than that, it was a fabulous show and the singers had such beautiful voices! I'd love to either see this concert, or another Disney concert again!
My granddaughter loved the performance. Beautiful costumes and excellent singers. Loved the variety of movies represented.
they did all of the best disney songs, including some villains! my daughters and me and my mom loved it!! will definitely go again.
The "princesses"were not in costume and my granddaughter was disappointed. The songs were not the upbeat songs that the kids were used to hearing; they were more somber and some the kids never heard them before. We were expecting more of a sing-a-long with the popular songs. We ended up leaving early.
