My graddaughter loved it but due to weather and unclear emai

    by A. P. on 1/22/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

We had bad weather in the area the day or our original tickets and the email I received indicated we could trade them in for another Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantments tickets. The email did not specify it had to be at the same venue. We had picked a date in April to see it in Hershey, PA but the rep said it had to be at the same venue. There was only one other performance and we were only able to get 2 people to attend the Sunday event and lost out on 3 tickets. The email should have been clearer that it had to be the same venue not just the same show. Thank you.

    Good Show

Show was good. Frozen was the best. Toy Story was too long. Wish they had meet and greet with Olaf too.

    $15 slushies

by Momtrio on 1/21/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

The show itself was fantastic! But, $15 slushies are truly overrated. It’s sad to think some families would pay that amount when they cost less than $2.00 at a shop.

Unable to attend due to weather

by Tstonier on 1/21/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

We had a 3 hour drive to attend this show and due to the ice and snow we couldn’t go and we are very unhappy with the producers of the shows policy on this. They offered an exchange of tickets for the next days show. We were unable to do this because of other plans. However even if we could we would need to drive the 3 hours and exchange in person and they might not even have seats for us. We asked to change Venues or a refund and both were denied. We basically waste about $350.

    Nice experience

by Brains on 1/20/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

The arena is nice and all the seats have a good view of the ice skating rink. The first show (Toy story) was a bit boring for the kids because it was long and the story was kind of lost. The second show was better with the little mermaid. The third show was cool with Cars. The last show was the best with Frozen. Over all it was an entertaining 2 hours. The gift and food stands prices are ridiculous!

Keeping Kids Entertained for 2 Hours

by Mike in PA on 1/20/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

This was my first visit to a Disney on Ice show. I decided to take my niece after seeing a segment on the local news channel. I selected a Friday evening show that started at 7:00 PM at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, PA. We arrived a little bit early and took the time to you look at the merchandise and concessions on the concourse. We sat down at 30 minutes prior to show start and I was a little bit surprised that there wasn't much to keep the children entertained before the start of the show. The show started with Mickey and Minnie coming out along with other Disney character Staples. Barbie, Ken, Goofy, Donald Duck, etc. were on the ice at one time or another. The show then flowed into a segment around the Toy Story franchise. Act 1 of the show lasted around 50 minutes, and then there was a brief 20 minute intermission. the intermission give them a chance to smoothen the ice with a Zamboni. Act 2 of the show started with Mickey and Minnie coming out in a car and breaking down. That led to a segment that involved the Cars franchise. Tow Mater came onto the ice first followed by the other cars and finally Lightning McQueen. As a guy, I found this segment pretty interesting as the cars moved pretty seamlessly around the ice and didn't bang into one another. The final part of act 2 was based on The Frozen franchise. Act II lasted about 50 minutes, so the total show was roughly 2 hours. Now for the bad part. Leaving the arena was, as it always has been, a nightmare. For some unknown reason, they opted not to open up the second exit which puts traffic onto Mundy St. And of course the line I pick doesn't move because the car's towards Mundy St. are all in line and not allowing any traffic to merge. Eventually, the parking group got it in her head to open up a 3rd lane, and after seeing that, I backed up and was in the line and out of there in no time. I just think that they should have opened up the other exit. Other than that, the show was definitely a cool experience for me even though I'm a 50 year old dude. My niece loved it and that's the big thing, the kids enjoyed it so it made it all worthwhile.

    Disney On Ice

by CS on 1/20/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

Performers were great - but was a little disappointed with Disney this time around. They have Sooooo much they can do with the show, and the acts were all ones that we have seen before.

    Overall show experience

by Dubs on 1/18/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

I did enjoy the new characters of toys tory and cars that was great! I have gone many years in a row and I was disappointed in the amt of different characters that had perform prior. Im hoping. For next yr we get some. More tinker ell Peter pan story line again, frozen 2,toy story 4 characters... Over always a great enjoyable show for my daughter and I. Prices concession/items are pricey as usual. But yes I was expecting more characters than we got this year

    Disappointed

by chels on 1/18/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

It was so slow moving. It didn’t keep my nieces interest. The people next to us knew some of the people working at the food stands and they kept coming in and talking which was very distracting. Overall it was a poor experience.

    Great but repeat acts

by Pennsylvania Mom on 1/18/20Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

There’s no doubt it was an amazing show! Sooo much talent! As parents who take our kids yearly, we just wish they would have done a different act rather than the same Frozen one back to back years with no changes. Other than that, kudos to the cast and we LOVED Toy Story.

    Wonderful

by Mamabe@r on 1/15/201st SUMMIT ARENA at Cambria County War Memorial - Johnstown

The show was amazing, we had seats 1st row on the floor. Our child was entertained the entire time. Show length was good with a short intermission. It would have been nice if characters could have interaction with kids sitting on the floor. Brings lots of cash or credit card, merchandise costs almost as much as the tickets. For this I am giving 4 stars.

by MommaOfBoys on 1/15/201st SUMMIT ARENA at Cambria County War Memorial - Johnstown

It was so much fun! I loved it just as much as my kids! Merchandise is ridiculously priced, like $20 for a snow cone! But the show itself was great!
