  • Passport to adventure was great!

by Alexanna on 12/31/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

I took my grandchildren and they thought it was unbelievable. I liked it much better at the agganis arena than at the TD Garden. Then venue was smaller and made everything look so much bigger for them. They really had a magical time.

  • Disney on ice was magical

    by Magical10 on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

We were a party of 10. The grandchildren were age 5 1/2 to 28 months and 5 kids at heart.

  • A Perfect Holiday show

by Ermite on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Beautiful costumes, great sound, entertaining actors. My children and teenager loved the show. It was amazing to see all of us of different ages who found enjoyment during the performance. Also, I loved the selected arena. It was the perfect size for this event. I felt safe allowing my teen to leave and use the restroom alone. We were able to see the characters up close as they engaged the audience. Attending this show will become a new tradition in my family. I personally would have liked to attend a later show time.

  • Disney on Ice Priceless Event.

by Anonymous on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

The kids had a great time. My nephew was so excited when he saw Captain Hook. The only complaint is that all characters were from the original Disney on Ice, and the kids relate more to the current Disney Characters, we had to keep telling them who the originals were. They wanted to know why some of the more current characters were not there. I was wondering why the new princesses were not there. But overall great experience. The kids keep talking about the characters they saw and how they want to learn to ice skate now.

  • Does Disney on Ice work at Agganis Arena

    by sasquatch1 on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

My 19 year old daughter and I have gone to the TD Garden each year for 15 years or so. She is special and started to panic when she realized we were at the new venue but once inside with program she settled in nicely. The Agganis arena more than satisfies the capacity needs for the show and the smaller dimensions add intimacy to the performance and it was a great show as always. The entrance points to the seating area are at the top of the bowl and its a pretty good decent/climb for rink side seating. We have been spoiled by the TD Garden with its added capacity to move people faster and more comfortably than the Agganis. The parking nod also goes to the Garden with its added height to take my pick up truck and the $15 event parking vs Agganis' $25 rate. Agganis did have an open lot right before the 6'6" garage to accommodate larger vehicles. I understand the allure of the Agganis arena for Feld Entertainment as it must cost significantly less to rent than the over-sized Garden and if they continue to do Disney on Ice there my daughter and I will be there. The Garden is more convenient and a preferred venue for us.

  • Disappointing

by AJARAR on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 2 out of 5

This event was disappointing. Compared to the Disney Princesses on Ice, this was very much lacking. The Lilo and Stitch part was too long and the entire second half was all about Peter Pan which bored my 3 year old. The 4 year old was more entertained but I definitely wouldn't recommend this show.

  • A great time for the kids

    by DisneyFanBM1227 on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

My child loved it. It captivated her for the entire show.

  • Very fair show

by Anonymous on 12/30/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

The quality of skating was actually very good. The show and arena were fair at best. Limited stunts and very short sub par show.Very small arena, staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a typical Boston show with excitement. Would not recommend at this venue again.

The skating was really good... The acting overall was pretty horrible. Most of the skaters looked completely bored and were way off on their lip syncing. The costumes and props had also seen better days. Good thing my 3 year old daughter doesn't notice these details...she loved it. I on the other hand wouldn't spend the money again.

  • Not as impressed as usual

    by Christine77 on 12/29/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

The skaters were very good as usual and some of the effects were pretty cool. However, many of the costumes were down right silly such as the monkeys and the lions in lion king. Maybe my seats were too good but they looked really bad to me up close. In the past I was very impressed overall. Also, I did not appreciate the scam being run when we walked in. Asking us to sign up for a raffle when really they were trying to get us to buy something and tried very hard to convince me to do just that. I also wonder why the Disney merchandise is always at least double that of in the stores. You really should not take advantage of loyal customers in such a way.

  • Good show

    by 1workingmother on 12/29/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Show was okay. Ticket prices went up $15 per ticket. VERY expensive. I prefer the Td garden too!

Great show as usual. Enjoyed by all family memebers!!!!!!

  • The show was okay. I expected more interaction.

by Kney on 12/28/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

My three year old daughter enjoyed it but my 7 years old boy said it was boring. He said it's too girly and not a lot of action for him. Need to get the kids more involve with the show so they can stay tune. It was just people in costume and on ice singing.

  • Awsome Performance

by Anonymous on 12/27/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Great experience, good to bring family & kids. Really colorful :)

  • by Waltham on 12/27/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Both my granddaughter(5) and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. The timing was good; i.e. 3 segments/stories in the first act, and one segment that was about 2/3rds the time of the first after an intermission.

  • Not enough princesses!

    by kmg43 on 12/27/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Good show, but my daughter expected more princesses similar to last years disney on ice. It was more oriented for boys. Not enough disney magic but still enjoyed it

  • Disney on Ice with a two yr old!

by MamaIcey on 12/26/13Agganis Arena - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Bravo!!!! Hooray for Disney on Ice!!!! My daughter and I has front row center seats and she was so amazed with the show I had to wipe drool off her chin. The scary and loud parts didn't bother her and she clapped the whole time. The worst part was I thought maybe the characters would come out and do some pics with the front row but they didn't. Anyways she wanted more bc she said when the lights went on "mama can we have more"? I loved the show as well as my 30 yr old boyfriend. I guess it brought out the kids in us or memories but either way I will def see another Disney on Ice before the spring ends! Keep up the great Showa bc they make great memories!
