Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice shows are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

We had an amazing time at Disney on Ice! My daughter loved every moment, and I’m so grateful to the team for organizing everything so beautifully and smoothly. The show was entertaining, fun, and full of magic — a perfect experience for families. Thank you to everyone who made this day so special!
We have been going to Disney On Ice for over 10 years as a tradition. This year they REALLY stepped it up and added a lot of cool new things. We loved how many different stories were covered. It was super neat to see all the acrobats and trampoline artists. My 18 year old loved watching the Toy Story soldiers slide head first down the pole and stop right before they hit the ground! The person standing on the big pole & swaying back & forth during Coco was mesmerizing. The tricks & flips of the ice skaters during Frozen was super cool too! Of course when Belle & the napkins and then when Ariel & Eric were flying through the air high above the ice was a highlight!
I took my 4 year old niece and she loved it and wants to come back. We enjoyed it so much.
The show is awesome, it’s so heartwarming to see all the little kids light up, just magical. We have already taken our granddaughter to two and will be taking her to the next one.
I strongly recommend seeing this totally awesome show. Loved the story, the costumes, the music and, of course, the skating. My grandchildren, ages 4 and 8 were mesmerized the entire time. I also liked that it was in a small arena- it felt more intimate and all seats were good!

Every number had a fun surprise. Loved the audience participation. MCs did great. Ice skaters were so good. The acrobatics did really good too! Keep it up. Did wish there was more than one option for adult shirts.
Disney and ice is always magical, I enjoy taking my goddaughter‘s now, and remember fondly going when I was a little kid and so it’s very special to share these moments with my goddaughter’s now. We saw the recent show at the Knoxville Civic Colosseum, and it was a wonderful show! The costumes were wonderful, the skating was good quality, the set pieces and effects were great, the choreography was great, and the show was very interactive and enjoyable by kids and adults.
My kids really enjoyed it better from last year, only thing I didn’t like my kid wasn’t picked she was the only kid dressed as princess jasmine. The lady looked right at her choose little girl right next to us, when princess Jasmine came out. So my daughter was crushed when that happened other than that we will be back next year hopefully it gets better each year.
