  • Disappointing

by Anonymous on 3/28/16MassMutual Center - SpringfieldRating: 3 out of 5

I thought this show was not as entertaining as some others (Dare to Dream for instance). Let's Celebrate showcases many Disney characters, but you don't get much out of them. All the characters come one after another, do a little bit of dancing on the ice and that's it. There is no story or very little reenactment. Seasons and Holidays are the theme. I thought it was weird to end the show on Christmas in March... I went to Dare to Dream a few months ago and was very impressed. All the stories were reenacted and that was very captivating for the children. Moreover, the dancing was more spectacular. Nevertheless, the artists were all very good in Let's Celebrate too. Also a negative for the MassMutual Center in Springfield. A lot of people were late (rush hour on a Friday) and kept looking for their seats. The staff was not as helpful as they should have been. For the first 30 minutes, we had people walking back and forth in front of us and blocking our view of the show. One the show has started, the staff should do a better job at directing people and avoid nuisance for the spectators who are already seated.

  • Fantastic!

I brought my 3 year old and 4 year old daughter and they loved it. Their eyes were glued to the rink at all times. They did a great job of having a lot of Disney characters. I would definitely recommend, and would go back again next year!

very nice . the performers are very talented. we were very impressed with their ability to skate in a variety of awkward costumes. our girls loved seeing and identifying all the princesses and other characters. my girls were disappointed all the princesses were not represented. Sleeping Beauty and Rapunzel were noticeably missing

  • Seats were good show was nice

    by SammyDee819 on 3/24/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 4 out of 5

Didn't expect to be so close for the seats picked so that was a plus. The show was nice, but the merchandise was over priced and the t-shirts were marketed toward little girls. I thought the t-shirts would've been more elaborate for being a special Disney event. There were 3 princess/girlie design to one boyish shirt and aside from a small tag line stating Disney on Ice I could have found them in any store licesenced to sell Disney merchandise.

  • Wonderful for kids and adults

    by Lizz304 on 3/23/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

My mother used to take all the grand kids to Disney on ice. Now that I'm a grandmother I wanted to do the same. I splurged and bought front row seats and it was worth every penny to watch the awe on my grandson's face. Not quite three years old, he sat there enthralled by all the characters. Snow White even gave him a silk rose. He was pointing and laughing and waving and the skaters were wonderful at engaging the kids in the audience. He talked about everything he saw to anyone who would listen. I can't wait to do it again.

This was the best show we've been to with my 3 daughters (5 year old twins and a 4 year old) so far!! The characters were engaging and interactive, they acknowledged how excited my kids were and high fived kids and gave hugs from the ice. It was really magical for the kids (not just mine but others, too, of course!) The Halloween portion of the show was a little scary for my 4 year old, but it was fine and the rest of the show was phenomenal! Great music, great pace and just the right length for the kids! Great job on this...I hope the skaters see the reviews on what a great job they did for the kids!

  • Let's Celebrate was AWESOME!

We took our 3 year old granddaughter and 11 year old grandson (unsure if he would like it) and they both were captivated by the performance. Our granddaughter even stated dancing during one of their skits! It was week worth the price of admission and will go see them next time they are in town!

Very disappointed. The online preview showed Rapunzel skating to I got a Dream from Tangled. This number wasn't even in the show.

It was a fantastic show. We had floor seats and there was a lot of action right in front of us.

  • Good Show

by MisterDisappointed on 3/21/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 4 out of 5

With all of the souvenirs being sold prior to the show and the TV advertisements all showing the characters from Frozen, and not one hint of the most current true money maker for Disney in this show. I must of seen 50 little girls walking around in their Elsa dresses BUT no Frozen in the show. My Special Needs child was very upset!!! Otherwise was a very good show and would highly recommend for children of all ages.

  • Average show with lots of Disney characters

by Anonymous on 3/21/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 3 out of 5

I think they did a good job with the show but would have been better if more or certain characters who in the show. My niece really wanted to see Elsa. The introduction stated Elsa would be in the show but it was from a local radio host. I would have love to take her to the Frozen show but there it was too far away. I had to drive 3 hours one way just to see this show.

  • Disney's Let's Celebrate on ice was awesome!

by Stenger on 3/20/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show including a lot of characters. Our daughter was so excited during the opening act as princesses and other familiar characters continued to come out. Was hoping to have some Frozen characters but they were not included in this show. Purchased front row seats on the ice for the first time; expensive but well worth it for the photos and characters waving right to you.

  • Best one yet!

We really enjoyed Let's Celebrate. We have seen many Disney on Ice performances and this was our favorite. There were the traditional Disney characters and many princesses. The skating was fantastic. Loved the special effects.

  • Great show for kids and adults

by Phillycpa on 3/20/16The Santander Arena - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

Show was exciting, fun and full of energy. Show started on time and Intermission was perfectly timed. Parking facility is directly behind the venue which makes it convenient. The venue was clean, secure , and organized. Chickies fries were an added bonus for the adults. Seats were terrific.
