Great show! Fast moving with lots of Disney characters. Used holiday celebrations to get many different characters in smoothly.

    LOVED THIS SHOW

    by TanyaB2005 on 4/15/16GIANT Center - Hershey

This was the first time we went to see Disney on Ice. My daughter who is 21 months old, really enjoyed the show. I kept saying how it was the coolest thing I ever went to. The only thing I would have changed, would have been to have characters dressed up out in the corridor where the kids could take pictures with. But we would definitely go again, and hope that Disney comes back to the Giant Center in Hershey very very soon. Thanks!!

    Not great anymore!

by DJBarryB on 4/11/16GIANT Center - Hershey

Well to start they brought back the same show we had seen there months before. They didn't sell out the first time and this time only about half of the building was full. You could see wear and tear on props and costumes. Half of the skaters looked bored. We go there to see disney characters not a bunch of fill in costume skaters. They bring one character out on the ice and have 12 other people come out in colorful costumes. Disney princesses aren't my favorite but when you already seen them in the first half why do you bring the same ones out again in the second half. Feld entertainment is not as creative as disney. They really need to work on these shows to make us want to come back to see the next one.

Disney On Ive: Let's Celebrate had the kids in awe

    by Topher1974 on 4/10/16GIANT Center - Hershey

The amazing skating skills, the life-like characters and the special effects had my nieces and nephews smiling, laughing, pointing and having a great time as they saw and heard their favorite characters from many different Disney Movies & shows. The only negative was that the smoke effect scared my 3 year old nephew because it engulfed us and he could not see anyone around him...a little less smoke would've been better. Knowing how if affected him I had him in my lap each time it happened after the first one, but he was definitely afraid of the smoke each time.

    Fun show in Disney Style

by volleyballprincess on 4/9/16GIANT Center - Hershey

We have 3 grown children, but always enjoy a Disney on Ice show. This one was not as spectacular as others we have seen and we were all disappointed in one segment. It was the Halloween one. Younger children would probably be scared by this. Mine were bored, yet they typically love everything Disney. The rest of the show was fine; this segment should have been replaced with something else more recognizable and fun- like a Lion King piece.

    A Magical Disney Show

by CinderellaGal on 4/6/16GIANT Center - Hershey

Took the grandbabies and the rest of the family and everyone (all 10 of us) was glued to their seats. This show had something for everyone of all ages. Fast moving and never a boring moment. Loved the Fairy Godmother section with the Princesses. The snow was a nice touch at the ending. Would see this again in a heartbeat. Great evening for all.

    Manage expectations

by PapaBaer on 4/6/16GIANT Center - Hershey

This is an older show, probably the oldest of the four that are currently touring. The most recent character in the show is Tiana, from "The Princess and the Frog". Your kids will be disappointed if they are looking for Else, Anna, Olaf or any other "Frozen" characters. That being said, the show is entertaining. The opening and closing numbers feature most of the better-known characters throughout Disney's cartoon history. The Halloween segment includes most of the better-known villains, but it is quite scary for the younger kids. The choreography is fun to watch, but nothing spectacular. The show could use a comedy segment. There is plenty of time for one, since many of the segments dragged on overly long.

    Disney ice show drlivered

by Ricsyar on 4/6/16GIANT Center - Hershey

Took grand kids 2 & 4 years old. They jaws hit the floor when the characters appeared in the first act. I feel the show is a good value if you can avoid the toys and food you will leave much richer. Two cotton candy with foam crowns $24,00. Of course that is par for any stadium event these days but it still shocks me. The show was great.

    disney on ice

by YMichelle on 4/6/16GIANT Center - Hershey

I was disappointed because the show wasn't long enough. I drove over 3 hours and the show was only hour and half. Most of the performance was great but should have used most recent characters too. Like from Frozen and Nemo, my grandson was looking forward to seeing them. The older movies he's not as familiar with, so he didn't know all the characters in the show. The set designs was beautiful, we especially liked the brooms. Since the show was so short it would have been nice if the characters met with the kids after the show. A lot of money was spent on the tickets, food and travel. So, would have liked to have gotten my fill.

    Let's Celebrate is okay

    by liw906 on 4/6/16GIANT Center - Hershey

This was our third Disney on Ice show and we were really looking forward to it. The concept of the show sounded so neat -- different celebrations. Birthdays, holidays, cultural celebrations. The show is hosted by Mickey and Minnie. The first segment is about birthdays and was all about Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter's "UnBirthday Party." My daughter is almost 5 and we have never watched that movie. Then they clean up from the party by having Wizard Mickey from Fantasia cast a spell on the brooms. Visually it was a very cool scene but again, not a movie that my 5 year old has seen. It is a bit dark. Then they moved onto Halloween. We we unprepared for this one... so scary! It was Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas and a gang of zombies. What 5 year old has seen this movie?! I felt so bad for all the people who brought children even younger than mine. I was also glad that we weren't closer to the ice for this one. Smoke machines, spiderwebs and then one by one a group of Disney Villains come out. Cruella Deville, Jafar, Captain Hook, the old lady from Snow White, Maleficent. The segment ended well with Mickey's friends scaring the bad guys off with the audience's help and a big "Boo!" Overall, I was a bit disappointed with this tour. Not as age appropriate for the usual Disney presentation. No Anna and Elsa at all. Not as many recognizable characters and movies.
