  • 1st Timer Satisfaction

by Fordgirl on 5/6/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first Disney on Ice. I got tickets for both my daughter and great granddaughter who have attended several. I was pleasantly surprised at how great our 2nd row seats were. I had been at this arena in the past for hockey games so to see that they used only about half of the ice was very special for viewing and enjoying. I was also impressed with how many merchandise stations there were which kept the lines shorter speeding up purchases and each had a few different items so everyone can find that something special item.

  • Beautiful

by Stephanie on 5/6/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 5 out of 5

From the Ticketmaster to the parking space to the event itself was beautiful. My niece enjoyed herself so much that she kept thinking myself and her grandmother. Smile on her face was everything thank you all

  • Great time!

by Yadira on 5/5/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 5 out of 5

The show was amazing. My niece who is 4 years old was over the mean and even my son who is 11 really enjoyed the show. I enjoyed the show as well, it was a great time!

  • Overpriced

by RT on 5/5/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 3 out of 5

The glass we sat behind was dirty and obstructed the view. My cup holder on my seat was broken and I almost tore my shirt on it multiple times. For two alcoholic drinks it was $73.00 seriously. This is a kids event. I don’t even pay that much at a restaurant. In total it was a disappointment

  • Amazing

by MH on 5/5/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 5 out of 5

My child loved this show! 🩷 My child was completely engaged throughout the whole show.

  • Nostalgic perfect evening

Every time we are available we try to make it to Disney On Ice. This year the venue was perfect show was very enjoyable no matter what age you attend!

  • So much fun!

by J Payne on 5/4/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 5 out of 5

My kids ages 6, 8, and 12 loved it! I’ve seen other Disney shows as well and they never disappoint! Adults and children were singing laughing and having a great time!

  • Not worth the $$

by Cecep on 5/4/25Desert Diamond Arena - GlendaleRating: 3 out of 5

The show at Desert Diamond ok but not worth price paid. Just did not enjoy narrators running all over. It was not a very content experience. The show at arena in downtown Phoenix had all the Princesses this was lacking in content for sure. Kids enjoyed but as the parent disappointed and felt overpaid for this show seen!

  • Great Experience

    by Dad527 on 5/1/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 4 out of 5

My son (6yrs old) really enjoyed the show. He enjoys a lot of the disney characters and the songs. Overall great atmosphere and really enjoyed the portion where they had bubbles coming down. The music was slightly on the loud side though.

  • Fun Show, good talent

by Happy Grandpa on 4/30/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 4 out of 5

The venue was nice, the parking great and, the show was excellent. Granddaughter had a great time! Lots of action and effects and excellent skaters.

  • Must see

by Best show ever grandkids loved it on 4/30/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 5 out of 5

Took all 5 of my grandkids to see the show and they where all very engaged we loved that the cast acknowledged the kids as the kids would blow kisses and make heart hands.. They made the kids feel so special we really enjoyed this even and look forward to seeing more.

  • It is overpriced, venue is nice and cute for the kids.

by Expensive somewhat worth it on 4/30/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 2 out of 5

The experience was cute for the kids. As expensive the tickets are, parking should be included. $35 for parking was ridiculous. The prices for food and snacks was way overpriced. The show was cute, I think some acts should have been longer and some shorter. For as much money it cost, I think it should have had more stuff added to the show and crowd engagement would be nice and fun as well.

  • Not so fun for little boys

by Tay on 4/29/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 3 out of 5

This particular show was mainly princesses. They had beauty and the beast, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Frozen, Moana and Coco. In my opinion, I think they should have had more relevant Pixar and Disney characters, not beauty and the beast or Cinderella. We have seen ads for Disney on ice where they advertise Toy story and cars, so we were excited to take our son who loves both of those. Unfortunately it was mostly princesses like I mentioned, and our son didn’t really love the show. Wish they would give an itinerary before you buy so you know what you’re getting into. Other than that, I think it was overall a good show for little girls or those who may love princesses.

  • Disney on Ice

by Rethink on 4/29/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 3 out of 5

The show itself was Amazing!! I took my Grand daughter for her 6th Bday!!! Though the xtra cost was ridiculous!!! $35 to park and any souvenir or food was outrageously priced!! So sad that things can not be priced where the working class of people can afford to enjoy!

  • Fell a little short

by Zachary on 4/29/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 3 out of 5

Overall, the show was fun and entertaining. However, the characters advertised to show up were not all there. Hoping to see some Toy Story and Dora characters my 6 year old was a little sad, and the Mickey gang did not have much ice time thinking we’d sing the Mickey Mouse clubhouse song but it was left out as well.

  • Great show we go to see it again

by Max on 4/29/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 5 out of 5

On time, good music choices, love it. My daughter also had a really great time

  • Enjoyable

by Elizabeth on 4/28/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 3 out of 5

It was a beautiful show however I bought expensive front row seats at the very front and at the finale out of nowhere a whole bunch of people were standing in front of us in our row trying to greeet the character when there seats were all the way in the back you get what you pay for I don’t know where staff was when they made there was but it was disrespectful they blocked our view and we didn’t get the experience we paid for because of this unfortunately that was extremely disappointing I paid so much and didn’t get what I paid for and that just ruined our first time to Disney on ice

  • Awesome experience

by Nana Gaby on 4/28/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 5 out of 5

It was my grand baby’s 1st Disney on ice and she loved it. So did we! Very nostalgic experience bringing my granddaughter to something I used to bring my children to.

  • Really recommend

Great show my kids loved it and so did myself 😊 Awesome entertainment and very good venue and good food

  • Great time!

by NL on 4/27/25Toyota Arena - OntarioRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing skaters, awesome costumes! A little hard to hear what is being said. Could have used a bit more variety. (Would have loved to see 101 dalmatians). Please don't tell kids they can get up and dance. I couldn't see anything to my left because of the kids standing up and dancing.
