This was a great show! Lively music that the kids could sing along, Christmas carols and even Santa. I highly recommend it.
Everything was great! My toddler absolutely loved it. It was very family oriented and never had a dull moment!
We had a fantastic time with our two great-grandsons. They loved the dancing. The 2y/o was really excited to see Freddy and Pip and the babies. He watches Tots constantly. It was a great show. All the kids in the audience loved it also!!
My granddaughter just loves it. She watches Disney Jr. And seeing her shows come to life was just amazing to her. You could tell her favorite by her reaction.
My son loved it from start to finish! Hd sang and danced to every song! It was such a magical experience from start to finish!
This show was very well put together, my daughter and nephew had a blast! I would defiantly recommend it!
My kids had a blast!!! I would most definitely take them to another Disney event in the future.
Our grandson who is 5 absolutely loved this show. It was well thought out and it kept their attention. However I was a little disappointed that a lot of the show was built around the characters being on a screen, not actually live characters. Other than that it was a very good show for children.
After numerous emails about event starting at 6:00 sharp I was ready for it to start then. Event didn’t start until 6:25. One line was open for food and was SUPER SLOW. Restrooms were filthy. Wish they would have done the “little kids” (Mickey) first, intermission was longer than told, overall not the experience we hoped for.
I feel like the VIP package was misrepresented. There were no games and the "DJ' was mostly absent. The kids played with the balloons because there was nothing else to do. Pizza, pretzels and goldfish were the food. My seats were positioned right in front of the Christmas tree on the stage and as the actors took the ornaments from the boxes they piled the boxes in front of the tree and with each box set down we could see less and less. Then the woman in front of me had her daughter stand on her lap so she could see over the boxes and my view was 100% blocked. Very disappointing for what I paid for these tickets.
We loved it. It was a great experience. Loved seeing all the characters and hearing the music. My son had an amazing time!!!
The show itself was great, my kids (2 and 5) loved it. But the VIP package was NOT worth the cost. The characters only came for the last few minutes and there was really nothing else to do aside from wait for them. Each kids got ~1 minute to give hugs, get a picture, and move on. I wouldn't do this again.
What an awful venue! It all started upon our arrival with an undisclosed $15 parking fee. Upon entry into the theater, only two concession stands were open and the lines were at least a half hour wait. Completely understaffed! We were excited to get to our first row seats, until we were met by the orchestra pit wall. Could not see over the wall to the stage, nor could my 3 year old daughter. I paid premium prices for these first row seats and it was never disclosed that these were obstructed views. Shame on ticketmaster for upcharging these tickets with an obstructed view. Miserable experience!
Worst experience for a Disney show ever First. Traffic was a nightmare. Once we got close to theater couldn’t park in the half empty lot next to theater. Had to park in a garage several blocks away and walk to theater with small children in the cold. Asked traffic officers why they weren’t parking people for the theater in the theater lot. No good answer. Then once inside. Only 2 working concessions stands with 1 person working at each. Lines were horrible. Missed half the show waiting in line for something to drink. Show itself was good. The rest of the experience was the worst. Will never see another show at venue again.
Excellent Seats Awesome Audience Interaction /Participation Congested parking lot Over-priced toys /souvenirs $25 Magic Wand
We paid extra to sit center stage and directly in front of us were two gentlemen apparently responsible for the digital portion of the evening. Both used desks with multiple open computers, which obstructed the view, but to make matters much worse, and unnecessarily so, the gentleman to the right opted to use a desk requiring him to stand up through the entire show. Therefore, no matter what happened, it was impossible for my 2.5 year old son to see the stage because this person couldn't be bothered to sit like his colleague had thanksfully done. The reason this was allowed is anyone's guess but this was our first experience and likely our last. It wasn't worth anywhere close to what we spent. We were fortunate to sit beside a lovely family, who allowed us to move over a few seats while they sat with their children and grandchildren in their laps, which allowed us to see most of the stage except for the right where there was no way to avoid the standing man with the standing desk and open computers completely obstructing the view.
This was a fun fun show. Gabby has a great time at the show and after party.
grand kids were dancing the whole time. received an email that it was important to arive an hour early. what a terrible thing to do as it was not and now you have to keep the kids busy for an hour
Show started 18 minutes late and with intermission, total show time was less than an hour. It was very pricey for a few people lip syncing on stage while the show centered around each characters opening show on screen in the background. Plus the $30 to park and over priced toys for the kids.
I expected more from a Disney show. My 4 year old grandsons enjoyed it, but there weren’t many characters on stage. A lot of the show involved cartoons on a large screen. The only costumed characters were Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and the Puppy Dog Pals. Doc McStuffins, a princess, Vamperina, Fancy Nancy we’re females in costume. Cute but didn’t have the Disney wow expected.
