Dirty Heads are a reggae rock band from Huntington Beach, California. Consisting of lead vocalists and founders Jared Watson (Dirty J) and Dustin Bushnell (Duddy B), along with percussionist Jon Olazabal, drummer Matt Ochoa and bassist David Foral, the band was formed in 2001 and immediately evoked the spirit of bonfire barbeques and summer road trips. Dirty Heads’ appeal is rooted in the infectious reggae grooves of songs like 2017’s “Vacation,” which became a viral hit in 2021 as the sound behind the #VacationTransition trend on TikTok. The band’s breakthrough hit was another “song of the summer” contender: “Lay Me Down” (feat. Rome of Sublime with Rome), which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs and Rock Songs charts. In 2021, the band released The Best of Dirty Heads, a compilation album featuring Travis Barker, Aimee Interrupter of The Interrupters, Matisyahu, Train, Tech N9ne and Rome. Dirty Heads have hit the road with artists such as 311, O.A.R., Gym Class Heroes and Lupe Fiasco, and more.

Amazing show, great seats and got the best upgrades via the app! Dirty Heads killed it!
I went to see Common Kings. They r amazing. The Elovators rocked it! Got a pick 😉. Slightly Stooped put on a great show. Dirty Heads well fantastic. Will see them all again. Aloha from the Big Island. Shaka
I purchased TWO VIP merch packages. The booth “closed early” and I was told I could email for my merch. It literally says it on the paper that the general information booth that had me take a picture of. I went to pick up my mercy after the second opening band was done. I could see if I waiting until after the whole show was done, but this is just ridiculous. Got an email back saying I’m beat. I will never purchase a ticket like this again. This is just bad business. Do better!!!
I love Dirty Heads. Once again, they did NOT disappoint. The OLG stage was a cool venue too. If you get a chance, go see these guys live!!
Love, love the new "Venue". Great new construction. Great sound/acoustics Band (Dirty Heads) sounded great Looking forward to my next show.
I have been wanting to see the Dirty Heads since 2015. The timing had never worked out in the past. When I finally got the opportunity to see them, I jumped at it. The venue was beautiful and we got there right when the opener started. We had never heard of them before, but they were really great. We enjoyed them so much that we actually added a few of their songs to our Spotify accounts to listen to later! When the dirty heads came on, I was so excited! I know basically every one of their song by heart. As they were going, I realized that I didn't recognize any of the first three songs they played.. weird. Maybe they just had a new album that just released and I somehow missed it? Then the fourth song played and I finally recognized it, but it sounded weird? Something was up with the sound of their show. Of the two main singers, only one of them sounded remotely close to what I've listened to for the last 10 years. The other guy's singing was not even recognizable. The vocals were going in and out and there were times where they should've been singing, but not sound was happening. I'm not a person to leave early from a concert, especially one that I have been looking forward to for so long, but we ended up leaving after 6-7 songs due to how horrible they sounded. On the car ride home, we listened to the openers and they sounded exactly like they did on the recordings as they did in the venue. What was up with the dirty heads??? After waiting 9 years to see one of my favorite bands, I am very disappointed. Their songs have come on as I have been in the car the last few days after the concert and I just don't feel the same love for the songs as I did after this experience. Overall, I'm very disappointed and don't plan to see them again.
Beyond amazing! The venue ,the crowd, and Dirty Heads were great. Sooo much fun that I bought tickets for their Mountain View show in August. Didn’t know who they were until a week before concert. I bought even better seats for their show in August. Can’t wait!!!!
I've seen Dirty Heads 4 times; each time is better than the last! Must see live! The band is so tight. 🔥
Excellent concert with great energy and vibe. Everyone was on their feet for the entire set.
Dirty heads always puts on a awesome show, this one was no different. Only problem was sounds like they had a few mic issues during a few songs.
I know the Venue is trying to make back their money. Most importantly as a 40 year old Male. We felt safe! The sound quality was great And you made it somewhat affordable Make in a few years get some better snacks?
Elovaters opened and they were incredible. Can’t wait til they are headlining shows. Then Dirty Heads came out, played Medusa and blew the roof off of the place.
This will be the 3rd and last time I will watch Dirty Heads. They just don’t sound good in large venues.
I always have an awesome time when seeing them. This was no different. Only issue I felt was sound, they couldn’t quite keep up with Turing up mics at the right moment.
As a live music enthusiast , Dirty Heads put on an Amazing live performance! As a Dirty Heads fan , I was blown away by their live performance!!! Truly Amazing Musicians! I can’t wait to experience their Energy again! MGM music hall is a great venue for music! Great atmosphere and acoustics!
The DH do not disappoint no matter how many times we see their shows!
Atmosphere opened the show and killed it. Dirtyheads really fell short of what I expected. It was like I was at a drunk-filled party where everyone was wasted and the singer sang off key most of the time while walking onstsge shirtless. The brass section was the most talented and the whole show. Atmosphere was lit. Dirty heads was mediocre at best. One-and-done kine.
Title says it all… Atmosphere did what they do every time and brought the house down. This was my first time seeing dirty heads live and I hope it will be the last. The lead singer could not hit his notes. Not even close. Couldn’t take it any longer so we left early. Venue ran out of beer at 8PM also so that was another big fail. Also, something must have been wrong with the sound system because the show sounded awful in the expensive seats but sounded pretty good back on the lawn. So glad I paid extra for good seats.
We were in Waikiki for vacation and happened to be here for this show. The venue is small making for a close up experience. Super reasonably priced Ad well. Dirty Heads played all the classics, Vacation, Oxygen, even Sloths Revenge. Great experience!
Love this band and the ease of buying reasonable tickets for mobile use couldn’t be beat!
