Dirty Heads are a reggae rock band from Huntington Beach, California. Consisting of lead vocalists and founders Jared Watson (Dirty J) and Dustin Bushnell (Duddy B), along with percussionist Jon Olazabal, drummer Matt Ochoa and bassist David Foral, the band was formed in 2001 and immediately evoked the spirit of bonfire barbeques and summer road trips. Dirty Heads’ appeal is rooted in the infectious reggae grooves of songs like 2017’s “Vacation,” which became a viral hit in 2021 as the sound behind the #VacationTransition trend on TikTok. The band’s breakthrough hit was another “song of the summer” contender: “Lay Me Down” (feat. Rome of Sublime with Rome), which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs and Rock Songs charts. In 2021, the band released The Best of Dirty Heads, a compilation album featuring Travis Barker, Aimee Interrupter of The Interrupters, Matisyahu, Train, Tech N9ne and Rome. Dirty Heads have hit the road with artists such as 311, O.A.R., Gym Class Heroes and Lupe Fiasco, and more.

Worth the 3 opening act wait best show ive been to
This tour was worth the wait in the cold. I came to see shiny toy guns and was blown away by all the other acts too. I never heard of midi Matilda but I now bought all their songs on I-tunes. The sound was amazing and the staff at the best buy theatre was top notch.
The headliners didn't disappoint! However the rest of the line up was awful. Seriously who thought those bands went well with DH?! Up until DH came on stage I was bored and confused. If the lineup would have consisted of bands that made sense it would have been a five star event. Bands like pepper, sublime, and/or the expendables would be incredible together.
The venue was just small enough so no matter where you were you had a great view; and there is a smoking section! Dirty Heads is officially my new favorite band. They sound better live than on a Cd! I love them! The crowd was great, too! I met a few incredible people that I will remain in contact with.
The show was awesome! The Dirty Heads were unbelievable live. The energy was amazing! Definitely check them out!!
This concert let us view unheard of artists and start to love them as we worked our way to the main event. The Dirty Heads were great at getting the crowd moving, it just sucked that there were people in the front row yelling for being touched if people were dancing. Also the venue is not my favorite, there's a random giant slab of concrete that you have to step onto to be in the front and I thought I was going to fall off a few times. The artists in the first bands were sexy, The Dirty Heads were just awesome. I wanted to go smoke with everyone after the show, I felt like they would be the perfect people to hang out with.
I can't wait to hear more of Oh No Fiasco! They were followed by the two man band, Midi Matilda. They had an awesom sound for two instruments and a voice. Shiny Toy Guns was absolutely killer. They have great new songs and also played my old favorites. Dirty Heads sounded good but I feel Shiny Toy Guns blew them out of the water.
First time at nirvana first time seeing dirty heads, they sound just as good live as on cd and loved te show can't wait to see them again!
Shiny Toy Guns did an amazing job! The lights and smoke made the show even better.
What an amazing show with Oh No Fiasco, Shiny Toy Guns and of course Dirty Heads! The Dirty Heads are NEVER a let down and always a good time!
Dirty Heads were very good while on. But they literally started at 10 and were off at 11. Basically just ended and that was it. Maybe it was the venue's fault, but still a disappointment.
Concerts at the Fillmore are always great because the venue is so intimate. But this one was especially fun. Such an interesting mix of styles with shiny toy guns and dirty heads. Dirty Heads totally rocked the house. But by far the big surprise of the night was Midi Matilda. Great sound, fun music, and excellent energy on stage. They also made themselves available to chat with at their merchandise table. Nice, humble, talented guys. All together an unforgettable evening!
got there right as the first band started, even though i hadn't heard of the 3 opening bands they put on a solid show. I haven't seen The Dirty Heads live before but I'm a big fan of theirs and they killed their whole set
Oh No Disco and Shiny Toy Guns were great, the other two, not so much.
All the artists put on an amazing show. I really enjoyed all the acts! Great show!
This is my 3rd time seeing the Dirty Heads live, they always put on an amazing show...however the last two times I saw them live it was at a much larger, outdoor venue. Seacrets offered up a chance to see this band on a more personal level. Despite a few minor technical problems with Jared's mic, the band played just a hard as the larger shows. They were probably motivated by the amazing crowd, I'm not sure if I have ever heard a crowd that loud and into a show. Must see, especially in the summer time, overall great show!
-This show was incredible. "The Dirty Heads" brought more energy than a professional wrestling event. -The quality of sound was the best I heard at this venue, and competes the perfection found on a disk. -The final song was a "beastie Boys" cover and the crowd was engulfed in excitement. I -I would reccomend this show to everyone.
Funkominal!!! This show was a swell of good vibrations!!!
I've been to a lot of concerts, seen at least 30 different bands, and been to almost 15 different venues. But seeing The Dirty Heads in concert blew my mind. I've never seen one group have so much energy and really kill it in a show. I drove 2 1/2 hours with my best friend to see these guys. And it was beyond worth it. We paid the extra money to even meet these guys, and let me tell you. It took everything in me not to freak out like a crazed fan girl. They were funny and just chill to be around. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to listen to amazing music and see an even more amazing show.
The concert was absolutely amazing. Front row and I couldn't have gotten any closer. The VIP Meet & Greet package made it even better. By far the best concert I have ever been too
