Dirty Heads are a reggae rock band from Huntington Beach, California. Consisting of lead vocalists and founders Jared Watson (Dirty J) and Dustin Bushnell (Duddy B), along with percussionist Jon Olazabal, drummer Matt Ochoa and bassist David Foral, the band was formed in 2001 and immediately evoked the spirit of bonfire barbeques and summer road trips. Dirty Heads’ appeal is rooted in the infectious reggae grooves of songs like 2017’s “Vacation,” which became a viral hit in 2021 as the sound behind the #VacationTransition trend on TikTok. The band’s breakthrough hit was another “song of the summer” contender: “Lay Me Down” (feat. Rome of Sublime with Rome), which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Alternative Songs and Rock Songs charts. In 2021, the band released The Best of Dirty Heads, a compilation album featuring Travis Barker, Aimee Interrupter of The Interrupters, Matisyahu, Train, Tech N9ne and Rome. Dirty Heads have hit the road with artists such as 311, O.A.R., Gym Class Heroes and Lupe Fiasco, and more.

The dirty heads were astounding. Fun, and great band to see live. The opening bands were decent.
This was the largest show they had every played as a headliner. It was amazing.. It was also there home town show so the energy was insane. It was so awesome to be a part of this sold out experience you could tell the band was in awww that so many people where there for them!
Wow what a great show. Common Sense STILL AWESOME live! The Expendables, we had never seen before and we really enjoyed their music and the cherry on top was The Dirty Heads! Those boys ROCK!!! To play to a sold out audience and be HUMBLED by it...they each were so in awe of such a sell out as it was a "home coming" of sorts and to feel the love in the air of the fans for them. It was a priceless nite. So glad I could be there. The one lead singer had a bum foot and sat the whole performance but truly it didn't matter the energy was still great and as we all know the show must go on and BOY did it! I always love seeing a show at the Pacific Amphitheater too even with the construction and the missing grass area. Was cool to see the artist’s rendering of what it will look like when they are done. Over all I had a rocking great time!
Ok - and hey played with a bad foot! And gave away a guitar to a fan??? AND they are as good, if not better, live than recorded. Just WOW. Better every time I see them :-) THANKS FOR COMING TO OC!
The show was awesome. All of the opening bands as well as the Dirty Heads were just as expected. I never saw any issues with fans versus security. Seemed everyone was having a great time. Definitely will see them again.
They continue to put on an EPIC performance. I wish I could watch them every night!!! Been following them since the beginning and they just keep getting better! Love their So Cal vibe!!
One of the best shows I've ever been to. Forever my favorite band. Cool dudes.
The Dirty Heads were amazing as usual. The Expendables would have been better if they had played a few more of their mellow songs too. Big B was cool, interested in hearing more from him. The local band Shrub was actually really good too, I'm gonna check out their new album when I see it. Overall, good show. The Expendables, and a dumb group of their fans was my only letdown. The Dirty Heads always bring the energy and an amazing show. Can't wait til they come back again.
The concert was great. Always good times at the Newport in Columbus Ohio. The dirty heads perform well live. I enjoyed all the hand I knew which is majority. Would definitely go again. Good music good times
Hands down my favorite concert! Duddy B is so AWESOME!! The expendables Big B and shrub were awesome too! We got to meet some of the guys and they seriously are the coolest most chill people. Loved it!!! :):)
Great show! Great venue! I came as a Big B fan and left an even bigger one. Dirty Heads put on an amazing show as well.
I've seen DH three times this past year and this was my favorite show so far....just awesome. I loved the venue, LOVED the Expendables and DH showed up with great energy.
I've been following these guys nearly since their beginning and this is the 4th time I've seen them over the past few years. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! Every show gets better and better and it was a TUESDAY!!! --if u were there, u know what I'm talking about!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE DIRTY HEADS!!!! :-D
Killer Show! One of the best live bands you will ever see. Expendables were great as well
I had a great time at this event. So many beer brewery's to pick from and the music was giving off good vibes. The wailers rocked! Their lead singer sounded so much like Bob Marley. The Dirty Heads were awesome and everything I expected and more. However, I was unable to watch the whole set because security kicked me out. Early that show my friend got too drunk and they kicked him out which led to a whole lot of trouble, but that was his problem not mine and security was trying to make it that way. At the end of the Dirty Heads set security grabbed me and my sister as if we did something wrong and asked us to leave because our friend was being insubordinate. My sister was cry and the lady did not care. I never got kicked out of a place for not doing anything wrong. If this place gets the same security service next year I might not go and I have about 10 friends that are interested to go.
Never had that many different types beers in one day. I will be attending next yearr for suret
We had a great time! The music was amazing! Great selection of beer! Fun atmosphere! Definitely going back next year.
Best day of summer yet!!! Just wish it lasted longer!

I went to the beerfeilds music festival two years in a row and had a blast both times ... My favorite bands were headlines each year between sublime w Rome the first and dirty heads the second ... How can you beat seeing your favorite bands perform and free beer for 3 hours not to mention the low cost I paid $25 for my ticket ! Hands down the.best shows I've ever been to
