The whole band looks /amazing/ in person--photos don't do them justice, and they're incredibly fun and charismatic on stage. Much jumping and slinking forward onto the stage to entice the fans--the barriers keep them barely a foot out of the audience's grasp. I stood right in front of Kaoru, and I loved that he was always smiling (Toshiya too, when he came over)~
They played some older songs, though didn't quite go back to my favorites (but when they played Drain Away, the crowd went WILD---not that they weren't already, but you get the idea).
A few disappointing things:
-They started 30 minutes late, but that's not a big deal
-The mic for Kyo seemed to be set lower than the guitars, so he got drowned out a few times ;_;
-Friday's signing onto had Shinya and Toshiya--not that I don't love them, but HoB only allowed one autograph (meaning, choose between them), and there was a bit of confusion in the beginning about wristbands and merchandise and yeah...but the merchandise issue wasn't a band issue.
Over all, fun--not the BEST concert I've been to of theirs, but I'll be going back Sunday for another beating, and hopefully I can scrounge up the money ($50, ARGH) for a DVD.
