DeRay Davis is quickly killing Hollywood with his hilarious humor and persona. His film credits include Old Dogs, Life as We Know It, Imagine That, School for Scoundrels, Scary Movie 4, Barbershop 1&2 and Johnson Family Vacation.
On the small screen, DeRay has appeared in HBO's "Entourage", Comedy Central's "Reno 911", Comedy Central Presents DeRay Davis, and BET's "ComicView" along with numerous voices on The Boondocks.
DeRay can be seen in the Sony feature 21 Jump Street, and his hour comedy special POWER PLAY debuted last year on Showtime.
On the recording side, DeRay wrote and performed the comedy skits on two Kanye West LPs, and he performed at the 2006 Grammy Awards with Kanye West and Jamie Foxx.
A born hustler from Chicago’s South Side, DeRay was first noticed by Hollywood at Atlanta’s Laffapalooza Festival. DeRay won the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition and was a standout on the Cedric the Entertainer Tour and at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival.

This was the perfect show to bring the New Year in to. All of the comedians were on their "A" Game with jokes. No regrets!
All comedians were extremely funny. I really enjoyed myself. They had everyone in the audience relaxed and comfortable, my husband and I shared laughs, conversations during intermission and comments with the people in our row. The seats were comfortable, liquor was served. We had a blast.
Dee ray and Lil duval saved the show jay and arie spears were not that good especially with there impersonations people have seen numerous times
All the comedians were funny! First time seeing Deray Davis doing stand-up so that was a treat! Lil Duval was very funny!
It was awesome. DeRay and Lil Duval was hilarious. I expected Aries Spears to be funnier but I knew he would be a let down. The only thing i didn't like is the music durin the intermission. Ratchet! But I suppose that was expected to. DeRay and Lil duval was well worth the money. The new guy Jay wasn't so bad either. This years triumphs last years with Rickey Smiley. That one was horrible!
This event was NOT a "gut buster" as I had anticipated. There were lots of non funny moments. The venue was not packed and it was OVER PRICED. We and many other left before it ended.
I had a great time they were all hilarious Loved it.
All the guys had their big moments where they were hilarious
started abt 45 minutes late..I think they were still trying to fill seats as there were a LOT of them open. Lil Duval was funnier than DeRay. Will not go see again.
Expected the headliner to be the better act. Not the case this time. Pricing was not equlavantq the show given.
Devon made me laugh a lot and so did D-Ray. The other comedian was good to with there style of comedy.
It was awful. They started 45 minutes late, leaving the headliner, DeRay, a very limited amount of time. There weren't many people there (probably because of the extremely high cost of tickets). The comedians did not seem prepared and were constantly being rushed by people on the side of the stage. Michael Blackson was the worst though. I had seen his stand-up acts before and thought they were funny, but he did the same jokes at this event that he'd been doing for year - all of which are about how dark-skinned he and his family are and about having sex.
all of the comedians were great and it was nice to go out with out any violence breaking out
Overrall- the show was very funny! I got a chance to see DeRay in Memphis for Shaq's AllStar Comedy. And, as expected, he did a terrific job. Lil Duvall stole the show for me! I had no idea his stand up show would be that great! BRAVO!!!
It was very un professional when the two artist was arguing after the performance when the audience was trying to buy CD's or DVD's Shame Shame
Steve Brown was worth the money I spent. Considering I bought balcony tickets!
Straight. I would recommend the show for others. All the performers were funny
