Deon Cole was hysterical!
by Dumas2 on 9/4/18The Wilbur - BostonShow was great...even the opening act! The only negative was that our seats were so close together and we weren't facing the stage so we had to sit kind of twisted.

I look for comedy tickets often and seen Deon Cole was coming to Boston. I remember him from a while back but haven't seen anything recent or watched any stand up but I remember him being funny. I was on the fence because I know some people's stand ups are different than their acting but I am so happy I went! Absolutely hilarious and I would definitely see him again. He had my boyfriend and I laughing harder than we expected. If he is in your town...go see him!
Laughed until I cried SEVERAL times. Great show and had a fantastic time.
Great stand up. He was funny throughout the whole show.
HILARIOUS!!! Great Show! Straight through awesome show.
Omg! You will enjoy yourself at his show! He is HILARIOUS!
Deon Cole was great!! I laughed my butt off. Would love to see him again. I can't wait to see the Netflix special!!
Hilarious and charismatic, but sometimes so offensive that it seemed like a right wing extremist wrote the jokes.
I would recommend this show to friends, comedian hit a lot of current issues
This is my second time seeing Deon Cole live on stage and he is truly one of the greats. He leaves us always wanting more. Ever since we saw him on “The Standups” and other Netflix specials we have been fans. A must see for everyone! -Vic Resto Showroom Partners dot com.
Deon Cole had a bad attitude and clearly did not want to be in CT. He wasn’t that funny. I admired him for months but during the show, I was disgusted, disappointed, and left prior to the show being over. My admiration is completely gone and I won’t bother seeing him again. He’s a pig.
The show was amazing..... I saw him in Brooklyn and when I saw he was coming to Connecticut I went there to see him as well. He didn’t disappoint. I will see him again when he comes back to NY.
Deon Cole's show was great! Very funny man. Only complaint was the venue. They cramed us in there. Shoulder to shoulder.
Seeing Deon Cole on tv...then seeing him live...was just awesome! From the minute he hit the stage, we laughed til we cried! His opening act, comedian named Ocean...was funny as well. When comedians can do their jokes, as well as, work the audience....you've got me everytime!! Great show. Would love to see them again!
Thought provoking and handsome. Oh, and funny as hell. All the requisites for a great show!
Love the show Deon Cole was definitely funny as usual the other two that was there remind me of to others comedians the African guy and then the other one who says weave stank but love their show they were great
Great show. Good original comedy. I would see him again.
Me and my sister had a wonderful time I only wish it lasted longer.
I went to this event because I wanted a fun night out with my husband. I looked at the reviews for Dean Cole and they were good so I bought the tickets ($55). My issue isn't with Mr. Cole, in fact he was funny. It was with his opening act, the woman. She did nothing but bash white people and bring up slavery over and over again like it was still happening. My husband and I are two White Skinned Americans who happen to have 3 African American children at home due to the death of my African American friend who passed away and left her children in our care. This woman was NOT funny and never smiled, she just rambled on about her RACIST views and I got to pay to listen to it. NOT FUNNY, NOT ENTERTAINING. Mr. Cole I strongly urge you to get a new opening act, she sets you up for failure and gives your audience a very poor first impression, all of this before you step on stage. Good luck.
This was our first time seeing Deon Cole live and going to the Ritz Theater. The opening act, the D.J. and Deon were phenomenal!!! You really got MORE than your money's worth.
