    Awesome Show

by Barry on 3/10/20The Magnolia - El Cajon

The venue was comfortable and the acoustics decent. The show began promptly and the band played for close to two hours. They were amazing. It took me back to high school. I’d see them again in a minute.

    Still rocking

    by K. C. on 3/10/20The Magnolia - El Cajon

For a guy of 73 who had a cold that night he still gave you your money's worth. Would recommend that anyone who hasn't seen Dennis yet get of the couch and go. The venue was perfect for a more intimate and enjoyable show. Will try to see if I can catch him again. Two thumbs up

    Terrific show

by Julie on 3/10/20The Showroom at the Golden Nugget - Las Vegas

From the opening chords until the lights came up at the end of the show, Dennis DeYoung delivered the goods. The founder of the band Styx and the man who wrote and sang the bulk of their hits, DeYoung still has impressive musical talent. His voice is as good as ever, and his interactions with the crowd are as entertaining as his singing. Backed by his extremely talented band and singing his timeless songs, Dennis DeYoung is a show you won't want to miss.

Great concert in a great venue

by Scott on 3/9/20The Showroom at the Golden Nugget - Las Vegas

The concert was awesome! Dennis Deyoung at 73 years old can still hang with the best of them. The Golden Nugget showroom is an excellent venue for a concert. Close to the stage and has an intimate feel. Can’t wait to go back.

    Dennis DeYoung Vegas 2020

by JP on 3/9/20The Showroom at the Golden Nugget - Las Vegas

This was one of the better shows I have seen in a while. The music of Styx is classic and timeless. Dennis hasn’t missed a beat. He is in fact Styx. The band he has is phenomenal! Such an intimate setting to see this show in. I loved and followed Styx all my life and you can replace the voice of Tommy Shaw (no disrespect) but you cannot replace a Dennis DeYoung. His voice is unique and thus he is more Styx than the current Styx band. Loved the show! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I expected the original creator of STYX songs to be good ........ but wow, I was super impressed. One of my favorite classic rock concerts! Thank you.

    Awesome show!

by Lisa kaye on 2/25/20River City Casino & Hotel - St Louis

The entire concert was Styx songs. Dennis DeYoung sounded just as he did in the 70s and 80s! Such a great time!

by CVButterfly on 2/25/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

We watched one of the best performances! We enjoyed Dennis DeYoung and his band. The venue was in a beautiful theater in Pensacola Florida and if you ever have the chance to experience either by all means do so!! Great night!

On Board, Dennis DeYoung is the Captain of Styx!

    by R. V. on 2/24/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Dennis DeYoung is the leader and Captain of Styx! As Lennon is to The Beatles, as Jagger is to The Stones, DeYoung is the unique voice and presence that pushed Styx to the heights they achieved. This show was spectacular! To see and hear Dennis and his band was amazing and they did not disappoint. They exceeded my expectations. It was exciting and a superb performance. I have seen Tommy Shaw and JY’s Styx with Gowan. It was great but missing that special main ingredient. Like seeing The Stones with Keith, Ron and Charlie but with a stand in singer taking Mick’s place. Just not the same no matter how good they were. Like seeing the Doors but without Jim! Seeing Dennis DeYoung’s Music of Styx was just what I needed to see. The band is great and his guitar players fill in for Tommy and JY nicely. If you want to see Styx you need to see 2 bands, Tommy’s Styx and Dennis’s Styx. If you can only see one, then no comparison, Dennis DeYoung is Styx! Hearing “ Come Sail Away”, Lady, “The Grand Illusion “ and all his signatures tunes is best done with the original man Dennis DeYoung! Gowan will not fill those shoes, sorry! It was one of the greatest concerts I have seen and I have seen many of the greats, McCartney, Dylan, Elton, Clapton among them. An amazing night to remember!

    Dennis DeYoung Styx

    by D. G. on 2/24/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Fantastic show. For a guy who is 73 he moved around very good. His band was great. Played all the hits. Saw him with Styx in 1975 and this show was better. It was at a small venue more up close and personal.

    Awesome Nostalgic Journey!

by Steve M on 2/24/20Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Dennis and his band put on a great show! Started with the entire 'Grand Illusion' album, then a short intermission, then they came back and played a bunch of their other classics. He sounded great, and I hope to be able to move like he did when I'm 73(!). The band was tight, and the two other vocalists did a great job. Saenger Theater was, as always, a great venue. My only 'complaint' was the sound, but my ears are shot - so it might have been me. Seemed like the mix was off. If you can, "get your tickets for the show!"
