    Fabulous!

    I was beyond excited when I heard that Delta Goodrem was touring with the Backstreet Boys on the second leg of their DNA World Tour. I have been a fan since the first time I heard her first single "Born to Try" in 2002 (on a British Radio Station - Essex FM!). Her set was only a sample of her most popular songs, which span a 20-year period, and her favorite covers such as "Running Up That Hill" (which I believe she started covering live in 2019... long before it's revival thanks to Stranger Things). Very voice is passionate and powerful, she is a confident performer with great stage presence. After her set she walked around the crowd, taking photos and talking with people. I brought my "Innocent Eyes" album cover for her to autograph... she was genuinely nice and wanted to know how I obtained it as it was released in 2003 and not in the US. I kept my cool for a moment but of course, fan girl came out lol. Sorry, Delta - I get tonged-tied when I'm excited ;) I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves as a singer/songwriter in the US after this tour because she is brilliant!
