About

Def Leppard are a hard rock band from Sheffield, England and one of the best-selling music acts of all time. The group has sold over 100 million records worldwide and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019 with the current lineup of drummer Rick Allen, guitarists Vivian Campbell and Phil Collen, frontman Joe Elliott and bassist Rick Savage as well as former guitarist Pete Willis and late guitarist Steve Clark. Since forming in 1976, Def Leppard have released 12 studio albums, including their 1980 debut On Through the Night and 1996’s Slang, the first full-length effort featuring the band’s ongoing roster. Def Leppard are one of few bands to notch two diamond-certified albums, for 1983’s Pyromania and 1987’s Hysteria, which both peaked at No. 2 and No. 1 on the Billboard 200, respectively. Overall, the band have earned eight Top 10 albums led by 15 Top 40 singles such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Photograph,” “Rock of Ages,” “Animal” and the 1988 Hot 100 chart-topper “Love Bites.”

  • Late start and smoking ruined it!

by SJS on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 3 out of 5

Def Leppard and Bret Michaels were both great performers, but Bret was supposed to begin at 7:00 pm and did not begin until 8:00 pm. The venue is an outdoor amphitheater and for some reason, people were allowed to smoke pot and cigarettes throughout the entire event! It was suffocating, even though it was an outdoor arena – it really ruined the whole event!!

  • LONG LIVE ROCK !

    by Chuck8 on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 5 out of 5

What an unforgettable night! The Def Leppard and Bret Michaels concert was nothing short of spectacular. From the very first note, the energy was electrifying, filling the venue with pure rock ‘n’ roll spirit. The atmosphere was incredible—perfect weather, a packed crowd, and fans singing every lyric at the top of their lungs. The setting could not have been better; everything came together for a true celebration of legendary music. Def Leppard delivered hit after hit with the same raw power and precision that made them icons, proving once again that talent and quality never go out of style. Bret Michaels brought his trademark charisma and energy, pumping up the audience and reminding everyone why he’s such an enduring rock star. It was more than just a concert—it was a shared experience of passion, nostalgia, and pure joy. Seeing these artists live, still rocking the stage with such force and authenticity, was inspiring. Long live rock, and long live the legendary musicians who keep its flame burning bright!

  • Best 80s band performance in years!

by BJB on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 5 out of 5

I have been listening to Def Leppard for 35+ years, and never had the chance to see them live. These guys haven't missed a beat, and you'd never know they're as old as they are. I did not expect them to perform so incredibly, but they crushed it! Bret Michaels opened for them, and he was awesome as well, very energetic and entertaining. Highly recommend catching a show.

  • It was awesome. Really got into it. Thank you!

by Mike on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 5 out of 5

My wife wasn’t really into going to the concert. And when we got there and when she heard the Lead singer from Poison, you know Poison songs and Def Leopard it was awesome. Really got into it. Thank you!

  • Great concert

    by FAN21 on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 5 out of 5

It was a great concert. Everyone was enjoying themselves. One thing that needs work is the sound system. The sound use to be clear now its kind of rumbled, not a clean sound.

  • Disappointed with lead vocald

by Bob on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 2 out of 5

Islets is a great venue and we've seen dep leopard here before but this time you could barely hear the lead vocals. Oh, and they should play thier hits, not some stuff that sounds like heavy metal

  • Sound

by Cindy on 8/15/25Isleta Amphitheater - AlbuquerqueRating: 3 out of 5

Bret Micheals was awesome. Def Leppard to me the sound was off it was hard to hear the words. I’ve been to their concerts in other states and you could understand every word. It was still good. But have been to better ones.

  • Great show looking forward to the next!!!!!
