About

Def Leppard are a hard rock band from Sheffield, England and one of the best-selling music acts of all time. The group has sold over 100 million records worldwide and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019 with the current lineup of drummer Rick Allen, guitarists Vivian Campbell and Phil Collen, frontman Joe Elliott and bassist Rick Savage as well as former guitarist Pete Willis and late guitarist Steve Clark. Since forming in 1976, Def Leppard have released 12 studio albums, including their 1980 debut On Through the Night and 1996’s Slang, the first full-length effort featuring the band’s ongoing roster. Def Leppard are one of few bands to notch two diamond-certified albums, for 1983’s Pyromania and 1987’s Hysteria, which both peaked at No. 2 and No. 1 on the Billboard 200, respectively. Overall, the band have earned eight Top 10 albums led by 15 Top 40 singles such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Photograph,” “Rock of Ages,” “Animal” and the 1988 Hot 100 chart-topper “Love Bites.”

  • Wonderful organization experience

by Catherine Spadaccini on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Everything about this experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The organization of the meet and greet was amazing. I went to one concert and I watched how unorganized it was from the pictures on the stage to people leavening in the middle of another performance to get their meet and greets all the staff I encountered knew what they were doing especially the one’s guarding the front row my daughter received a guitar pic and it fell behind the gate the the staff member got it for her. A staff member also came out and handed her drum sticks that was used by the Brett Michael’s band. It was such a wonderful experience fi both of us and the state park is beautiful we were so tried at the end of the day we both said we’re still recovering

by KMG on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

GREAT SHOW, JOE SOUNDED WONDERFUL. I HAVEN'T HEAR HIM SOUND THAT GOOD IN A LONG TIME. THE BAND WAS TIGHT AND THE HARMONIES WERE ON. WE WERE ALL SO HAPPY THAT THE STADIUM TOURS WERE OVER AND WE COULD ACTUALLY GO TO A VENUE AND SEE THEM AND HEAR THEM.

  • The venue.

by Deb on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 4 out of 5

Def and Bret Michaels were great Throughly enjoyed the show. The venue needs to bring the prices down. How can any family afford it. A beer for $20 is outrageous. Just one example.

The performance was great! Everyone had such a great time, and it was quite an interactive experience!

  • Always Outstanding!

by Debra M. on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Def Leppard never disappoints me! Great vocals and instruments! They don’t slow their songs down like other bands who’ve been around for a number of years. Always entertaining and professional. They paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, which was very nice. A great night.

  • Wonderful Memorable Night!

by ShortyOnTheLeft on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

I was a fan of Def Leppard in high school and have always enjoyed their music. Although I've been to other concerts, I have never seen an opportunity to see this band live. After over 3 decades of fandom, I finally saw and took this opportunity, with my beloved, who turned out to be just as big of a fan as I am! We had a GREAT time! We sang along at the top of our lungs, dance, shout, cheer, jump! The crowd was wonderfully friendly, the weather, surprisingly perfect (especially for our area) - it felt like heaven! I wish every concert could be this fun and successful! These guys are incredibly talented, devoted, in wonderful shape, and they seemed to really enjoy giving us an unforgettable evening of quality music and entrancing visuals. I will look for future opportunities to see them and similar bands from my youth. Thanks for a great night!

  • Great time

by Jenm2428 on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was great. Show was awesome, as always. Sound/lights were great. Everything was clean. Lawn seats would have been great, but a friend upgraded his, so gave my son and I his seat!

  • Had the best time!

by Dee Dee on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Both bands were awesome, both did a nice tribute to Ozzy, the weather was perfect, the lines are always well managed there at SPAC and we hope they come back again! Renting the chairs weren’t that bad, they were comfortable, and it’s less to carry in. Bought premiere parking but I think I had a better spot on the other side when I went to Hall and Oates. It’s always a gamble with parking. So far I’ve been to SPAC twice and they’ve both been great experiences.

  • Great show and venue

by Jason on 7/25/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

First time at SPAC in Saratoga and what a great venue it is. Sad to have it on the day Ozzy died, but Def Leppard did a great job.

We had a great night at Brett Michaels/Def Leppard. Def Leppard always puts on a good show and they were absolutely amazing! Their tribute to Ozzy Osborne was so sincere, you could tell they were good friends. I will see them again next year. I go see them any year they tour! They are my favorite.

I had a wonderful time at Bethel woods. Def Leppard was amazing and their performance was top notch. The venue is beautiful and well maintained.

  • Struts high energy. Def Leppard professional

by Katmorn on 7/23/25Bethel Woods Center for the Arts - BethelRating: 3 out of 5

First time seeing both the Struts and Def Leppard. Both fun and engaging bands. Had me on my feet. Would have been great if they started earlier than 8pm on a Sunday. (Workday Monday and we drove in from a distance). Bands were professional, great musicians. So good to hear songs from the past. I paid a high price for tickets down front to give my son a great experience, only to be blocked by speakers. Could not see all the band. Could not see the drummer at all or any of the screened display behind the band. Big disappointment. Additionally the venue Bethel Woods had terrible overpriced food. However, The worst was the exit from parking. Over one hour to get out of the lot. Terrible management of the flow. I don’t want to face that again. It put a smear on the experience. Thank you to the bands for putting on a fun show but bethel woods was a true negative experience.

  • Awesome show as always
