What a great concert! David has incredible skill on his instrument and his band was amazing. His repertoire is unbelievable - from Bach to Gershwin, to Leonard Bernstein to Metallica. His arrangements brought a sense of modernity to even the old classics while maintaining their timeless beauty. I loved Dueling Banjos, played by David on his violin and his guitarist. He is also pretty charming and the comments that he made to introduce the songs added a great touch to the program. I would go way out of my way to hear him again.

What a treat - watching an event that is a sophisticated classical music concert and a hot rock concert at the same time was a very unique and amazing experience. He is the greatest!

David and his band were spellbinding! He is definitely a gifted musician and displayed a remarkable ability to engage the audience as he wove contemporary and classical music pieces seamlessly into the performance. His warm and unassuming personality was charming and refreshing. A must see for anyone, any age that loves music. He is a rising star!

The first time I saw this 28 year old was on T.V. It was late at night and I was watching PBS when I heard him playing. I was instantly amazed at his talent and love for the violin. I was even more impressed when I heard him state that he loves Metallica and AC/DC and played two of their songs. This guy has unbelievable talent and will be around for a very very long time. I brought the wife and kids (boys ages 11 and 15) to his concert and they absolutely loved it. We are looking forward to attending his concert againa and again.

Amaziing talent and amazing show. The way David is able to go from one genre to another is awesome. He got two well-deserved standing ovations. We bought his DVD for our grand daughter who plays viola and violin. I'm sure it will be an inspiration to her. I would definitely recommend this show for all ages.

On a scale of 1-10 this show was a SOLID 10! The Grove at Anaheim was a perfect intimate venue to hear the musical genius of violinist David Garrett. I took my son for his 12th birthday. He was happily surprised to hear AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson and other contemporary songs "rocking" on violin. David has a very talented band, the drummer is amazing. I loved the classics! Thanks for a great evening.

David Garrett is too gifted for words. Amazing talent, awesome personality, completely entertaining. Listening to him play such a range of music from classical to contemporary rock was a true privilege. He tells great stories, plays flawlessly, and is easy on the eyes! As a matter of fact, I felt that I was in the midst of a room full of mesmerized cougars... If I were younger, I'd want to date him. Now that I'm older, I just wish my daughters were old enough to date him...

A true master! An amazing experience! I can only describe the level of emotion and excitment as rare - that feeling in your chest of exuberance, overwhelming beauty and joy.

The concert and trip to San Diego was very, very worth it! I drove 2 hours just to hear and see him play live and he was absolutely amazing! The entire audience was very impressed by this talented violinist as well! Not only was he encored to play, but it happened twice!!! =) ! Lucky me =) ! I got to hear him play 2 songs after the concert was supposed to end! I love the fact that he seems to be very humble and laid back. Before he plays his next ballad he always tells a little story with it and jokes around with the audience as well as getting everyone involved in his music. Very, very talented and a definite brilliant musician! I'm grateful to have heard and see him play live =) !

David Garrett music hits you straight to the heart. His skill and talent in playing the violin brings an alchemy of music that 's sourced from the heavens. The sound is transcendent and vibrating. It will make you feel love. His musical style and arrangements reaches out to different age strata, culture and music genre. There is universal oneness in his music. We are glad that somebody like David Garrett is changing the way music is (should be played and heard) among the youth of today with meaning and substance. His music integrated the ballads of classical with a overtone of soft rock, hip-hop and soul music. David Garrett future as young as he is now is looking promising to becoming one among the ranks of the world's famed musician like Mozart, Bach, Beethoven. He truly represents the modern violin virtuoso of today.

Amazing! David Garrett is someone who plays with his heart and soul. You feel the emotions he feels when he plays. Very gifted violinist. He bridges all types of music and does a wonderful job. I will look foward to seeing him again.

David Garrett delivered an amazing performance. I really look forward for him to come back to Southern California more often.
