Daryl Hall is a modern-day renaissance man, an inductee into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the star of his very own award-winning web series, Live from Daryl's House, as well as a successful venue owner with "Daryl's House," a restored venue and live music space in Pawling, N.Y.
The Philadelphia soul man is still achieving career milestones more than four decades later, continuing to perform with his band to sold out venues everywhere.
It's been quite a decade for Hall, including the opening of "Daryl's House," a combination world-class restaurant and performance venue, which he kicked off on October 31, 2014. The popular venue also serves as home base for his multi award-winning Live from Daryl's House. The show, which began as a "light bulb" moment for Hall when he launched it in 2007 as a free webcast, has set the standard for artist-initiated projects. The groundbreaking series provides a mix of legends and the next generation of superstars. "Live From Daryl's House" streams on Daryl Hall's YouTube channel.
Previous episodes of Live From Daryl's House have featured a diverse mix of veteran and new performers from rock, soul, country and R&B including rock legends Sammy Hagar, Joe Walsh, Cheap Trick, Tommy Shaw, Kenny Loggins, Todd Rundgren, Nick Lowe, Dave Stewart and Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top; soul and R&B artists The O'Jays, Aaron Neville, Aloe Blacc, Kandace Springs, Elle King, Wyclef Jean, Smokey Robinson, Cee Lo Green, Booker T & The MGs, and Sharon Jones; big-league singer/songwriters such as Ben Folds, Rob Thomas, Jason Mraz, Gavin DeGraw, Goo Goo Dolls' John Rzeznik and Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump; country artists such as Shelby Lynne; and has helped break new acts like Fitz & The Tantrums, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Neon Trees, Johnnyswim, Parachute and Anderson East. The latest episodes of the show feature Squeeze's Glenn Tilbrook, Blackberry Smoke's Charlie Starr, Andy Grammer, Lisa Loeb, Robert Fripp, and Howard Jones.
Daryl Hall has come a long way, and he's still got plenty of mileage left in a career that's taken him from the streets of Philadelphia to the halls of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. The best is yet to come. For more information, please go to www.darylhall.com
I loved Todd Rundgren and Daryl Hall. Their music is fantastic and reminded me of my younger days. Truly wonderful!!!
The Daryls House band was fantastic… What a great band! A bit disappointed in Daryl Hall‘s voice and song selection. He sounds much better on his Daryls House episodes. The best thing about the show was the Delphonics song they did during the encore. P. S. Love the venetian theater!
Two full sets by Todd Rundgren and Daryl and a corroborative encore with both on stage at the end. One of a kind experience. A great band backed both headliners and I'm glad I didn't miss this one.
Absolutely wonderful concert! Todd Rundgren came on first with so many hit songs, then Daryl Hall played many of his hits from Hall & Oats, and many hits from his new CD Before & After. The music was so wonderful Daryl Hall, Todd Rundgren, and Daryl's House Band were ALL amazing! Loved this concert, one of the best ones I've seen over the years!
So glad I decided to attend, The whole crowd honored and respected the Artists, Very Awesome
Loved the concert here at The Venetian in Las Vegas! Love Daryl Hall!! He sang “Here Comes The Rain Again” and I wished I would’ve recorded it!! He’s magnificent!!
Todd Runtgren opened for Darryl Hall , he did all his hits Real Man, we got to get you a woman, hello is me, and saw the light, he saved can we still be friends for Daryll halls encore , Darryl was showing off his house band , it was a great show.
It was horrible, Todd was first then Daryl They were great when they were younger unfortunately they have aged out.
Fun concert w Todd Rundgren and Daryl They each did their hits an 3 or 4 songs together at the end We’ve seen them separately throughout the years many times love all the hits we’re glad went
I’m a fan of hall n Oates first of all more than 30 years. So when they are in my area I see them every time. I was very excited that it was Daryl hall performing with his band. He sang a lot of his old songs from his album and that was great. The sound was a little off n Daryl was telling his crew to adjust the sound but that was from the casinos theater ceiling too low. But I still enjoyed the concert. Yes I will go again n see him.!!
Last minute decision to not attend this Amazing show really stressed me out.....but Literally the morning of the show I decided to resist my tix and Tickmaster took care of the rest! Thank you Ticketmaster!!!
The venue is always great. I guess I just expect our talented artists to always have great voices. Todd Rundgren should stop singing. Daryl should stay with studio singing. Sometimes live performances do not do the artist justice. I love both of them but the sounds were not so pleasing. 😕
He is in his 70s, and his vocal capabilities now reflect his blues background. I have seen him numerous times, and he never fails to amaze me!
Spendy but yes, worth it. Both Todd and Daryl projected much llove and gratitude to their audience, appreciated. Wonderful selection of old and new. Excellent venue, ‘lateral’ as Daryl said. Both performers were 100% into it and it was pure pleasure to see Todd goofing around and Daryl enjoying piano and keyboard so much. Can’t say enough good things..except all staff at Silver Legacy were helpful and friendly too. Good energy all around.
Won't be seeing a venue at that location again. The acoustics were pretty bad. Darrell tried to fix it throughout the concert but the acoustic were really bad.
I love Daryl and his music. His band is excellent-so good. Happy that they have new episodes of Daryl’s House. Such a fan. Daryl is 5 stars!!!!! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the venue at Silver Legacy Exposition Hall in Reno. Acoustics were super bad-mow ceilings. Daryl was trying to get sound dialed in. I like Todd Rungren (opener) but his voice was terrible. Overall dissapointing experience, not due to Daryl Hall!
I’m a huge Daryl Hall fan, was looking forward to finally seeing him live, after years of listening to Hall & Oates and watching “Live at Daryl’s House”. Truth, I walked out after 4 songs…. Don’t want to be disrespectful, list things that are a personal attack on him, so I’ll leave it at that.
Great Show, Likkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkked it
The performance was fantastic! There was a very intimate feeling like you were hanging out in Daryl's house enjoying the music. Unfortunately, the venue seating is mostly at the same level, so my wife who is of short stature, had a very poor viewing experience. I highly recommend seeing the show, just at a different venue.
Daryl Hall was amazing!, he engaged with the audience and put on an amazing show! Todd Rundgren might want to consider retiring, didn’t sound too good. It was a nice evening listening to music!!
