  • Darrell is THE BEST

by Clinch Mountain on 12/17/24Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

What a great set! I have loved Darrell for about 25 years I guess. Have seen him perform live at least 25 times. This was just a great night. Always love to hear him on piano, even if just an old church piano.

  • Terrific night with Darrell Scott

by Rick on 12/17/24Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen Darrell Scott dozens of times over the past almost 30 years and I think this was the best one yet. From start to finish he was on. It felt like he was as happy to be playing for us as we were happy to see him. Can't wait to see him again

  • Nice Voice But The Show Was Lacking

by Knoxville Girl on 12/17/24Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 3 out of 5

He really has a great voice. A special kinda voice. Yet the show was disappointing and seemed flat. Got to hear my favorite song by him so I was pleased.

  • Helluva good show

Fantastic artist, at the best venue in Knoxville. The opening act was great, and Darrwll could have played all night and the crowd would've been more than happy!

  • Could have been better

Our group wish there had been more Hank Williams songs. We did enjoy the performance. He is an excellent musician and very entertaining. It is a show that we would not go back to see.

  • Great Show

My seventeen-year-old son and I really enjoyed seeing Darrell Scott. We especially liked the set by Robbie Fulks, who was the main reason we bought tickets.

  • Great Show

by Hope on 10/12/21Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Darrell Scott put on a great show. The opening act was RB Morris. He and Scott know each other and as a result, they played and sang together in the first half of the show. It was amazing and so fun. Scott and his band mates played really great together. All in all one of the best shows i have seen.

  • Great show!

by Lissa on 10/11/21Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

We felt that the safety protocols were very efficient. Reasonable drink prices. Easy parking and a beautiful place to see live music again after such a long break. Darrell and his band were incredible!!!

  • Disappointed

by Hurt on 10/11/21Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 1 out of 5

This is the worst show I have ever seen come out of Darrell Scott. His free style performance helped him not to get another penny out of me. The drum player was in need of a pay check or he is kin in some way. His heavy foot on the bass ruined the whole show. I feel sorry for Bryn for being there. She is mainly the reason I went. She kept telling them to turn her up simply because that drummer couldn't keep his foot to himself. Very disappointed in you Scott. I won't care about you any longer.

  • Fantastic show

by Gary on 4/7/19Bijou Theatre - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Woke up this morn with last evenings concert still on my mind. Darrell Scott is one of the world class guitarists, the caliber of which you don't often see. Not to mention his songwriting and performance and singing prowess. Plus he is a down to earth, all round nice guy. Along with Darrell was Malcom Holcombe. Powerful songwriter and performer, maybe not much to look at, but if you are unfamiliar with him, do yourself a favor and check this guy out. Seen lots of shows here in East Tennessee, last nights was among the best of them.
