What a great show! Like a trip back to the days of our youth. I went with a group of girlfriends and we all loved it. Old school choreography with all the songs just like we remembered from the original Motown days. The performers had endless energy, powerful voices and were outstanding entertainers.
It was fun to get out of our seats and sing & dance along to the Motown hits. The retro choreography & costumes were also quite entertaining. The crowd was of retirement age, in the far majority and not too energetic, so not too exciting for the younger generation. Singing was average.
The show did not engage the audience as it should have. the songs were great but there was a lack of "oomph" to draw the crowd in
I love Motown music! This event was so disappointing. Band was way too loud, particularly the drums. Most of the time it drowned out the singing. Often, I wasn't even sure what song they were singing for the first minute or so. The singers' dancing and general physical performing was excellent. Who in the world is in charge of sound??? Also where were the Jacksons, Gladys Knight and many many other performers from Motown?
The performance was great...I really didn't know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of energy. Live band, great reenactments of the legends of Motown. The performers were extremely talented and interacted with the audience very well. There was only one thing I had an issue with. There was no representation of the Jackson Five. I'm not sure how you can have a tribute to Motown without it including the Jackson Five. Perhaps, there were licensing issues with their songs. Hopefully, whatever the reasons for their exclusion will be rectified soon.

Great show, great performers and a great mix of the good old sounds of Motown. Oh how it brought back such fond memories.
While the music were great selections, I don't understand WHY the entertainers did not encourage the audience to GET UP AND DANCE!!! They did for 3-4 numbers and asked you to sing along.. I would have preferred DANCING IN MY SEAT!! The couple in front of us saw this show in London and NO ONE SAT DOWN for the whole show..
would have liked some Jackson 5 and less Lionel Richie Many more Motown artists worthy of some recognition
I along with my husband and family enjoyed the show. The singers did a fantastic job in recreating the Motown sound. I would definitely recommend this show to those who appreciate good music during the Motown Era.
It was extremely disappointing. The male singers were definitely the worst. There were a few good moments for the gals but this show was not worth seeing!
Dancing In The Streets was fantastic. Great dancing and singing. Good selection of hits from various Motown Artists such as Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Supremes, Four Tops and my personal favorite the Temptations! People were dancing in their seats and the aisles. Go see it. You will be thoroughly entertained.
This is a high energy show, great music! Motown classics, the singers fit their roles very well.
It was a wonderful show. Everyone in our group, even the youngest, enjoyed it a great deal. The signing and dancing, even in the audience, made it a terrific evening. The artists didn't try to precisely imitate the Motown groups/individuals. But that was fine; they were great themselves. The only drawback was the intermission. It was too long and tempered the euphoric mood that had been generated.
We thoroughly enjoyed Dancing in the Streets. The show was over two hours long and they really connected with the audience. Top notch professionals with beautiful voices. I definitely would go again.

We so enjoyed ourselves brought back so many memories. They were incredible performers with tons of energy and great moves and voices.
From the start of the show they had everyone in the audience up dancing and singing along with them. We had a great time and can't wait to see them again.
The demographic average age was at least 50, and we all had a blast reminiscing with so many Motown hits. Singers were great!
