About
Damian Marley is the youngest son of the late pioneering reggae legend Bob Marley. Often performing under his nickname "Jr. Gong," which was derived from his father’s "Tuff Gong" moniker, Damien Marley has continued the Marley legacy with a career spanning over three decades as a vocalist, rapper, deejay and producer for reggae and hip-hop music. Starting with his 1996 debut Mr. Marley, the Kingston, Jamaica native has released four solo albums and several joint efforts including 2010’s Distant Relatives with Nas, the 2011 self-titled album from the Mick Jagger-led supergroup SuperHeavy and the three-part Set Up Shop series. Marley has also collaborated with Bruno Mars, JAY-Z, Gwen Stefani, Skrillex, Karol G and more. His 2005 single "Welcome to Jamrock" became his most successful release, reaching No. 55 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and earning one of Marley’s five career Grammy wins.

He and Stephen put on a really great show. Stephen is an impressive super talent as well. It was a special experience to get to see them sing their collab songs together. It is not an opulent show but if you are a true reggae fan you only need the music. And their music touched the soul of virtually every audience member. Well done Marley brothers.

The backup singers and band of course were amazing also. I knew many of their songs. Shout out to Julian Marley for proudly waving the Rasta flag during the whole concert. Loved that the brothers included and showed their respect for Mr. Bob Marley! My favorite concert hands down! I could have watched and listened to them for many more hours! House of Blues is a smaller and more intimate venue which I prefer. I absolutely loved Stephen & Damian’s performance and can’t wait to see them again! Thank you for the wonderful memories gentlemen! AWESOME!!

The apple does not fall far from the tree with Stephen and Damien Marley who bring their catalog & style, which is better than most recording artists in quality, and they bring their father's catalog along with it. What is Lady Gaga's mom's catalog like? This is like seeing Ken Griffey Jr play baseball and his Dad is on bench in Seattle, but you also have two talented sons on the field playing their game and Dad's at the same time. Here’s another analogy for you, it was sofa-king awesome to see this show! Don't stay home this time, no don't stay home!

As a long time lover of Reggae music, we've traveled the world listening too and going too Reggae concerts. This one was one for the ages!!!! WE LOVED IT!!!!

Took my 10yr old and we had to stand in the back next to the bar and were not able to see them perform on stage. The Bar staff was excellent that really made my kid feel comfortable.
