CROWDER IN CONCERT:
When it comes to fun and worshipful concert experiences, few acts come close to the inspiring live shows of alternative Christian rock favorite Crowder. David Crowder has been treating audiences to his spiritual blend of indie, bluegrass, folk, and electronica for nearly two decades, and his ability to move audiences through music and prayer reflects his abundance of experience as a performer. Whether he's playing favorites from his days with the David Crowder Band or lifting spirits high with cuts from his chart-topping 2014 album Neon Steeple, Crowder always leaves audiences in awe on his unforgettable tours.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Texas-born David Crowder got his start as a musician with the church, undertaking music ministry duties while attending university in the '90s. Crowder formed a worship band and began performing in an effort to attract more college students to services, and before long the David Crowder Band had landed a deal with SixStep Records. Their 2002 debut album Can You Hear Us? peaked at No. 17 on the US Christian Albums chart, establishing them as a vibrant new force within the Christian rock community. Crowder went on to release five more albums with the band, topping the Christian charts three times and achieving crossover success with albums like 2012's Give Us Rest -- a No. 2 hit on the Billboard 200. After the group disbanded in 2012 Crowder ventured on as a solo act, topping the charts once again in 2014 with his solo debut Neon Steeple. A humble and inspiring performer, Crowder continues to move concertgoers on his critically acclaimed tours. Over the course of his career, Crowder has played venues such as the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, the Arizona Federal Theatre in Phoenix, and Madison Square Garden in NYC.

"What a great night of worship and sing along. Really felt like I was on a porch and Crowder and the band were hanging out. I love the authenticity and honesty that Dave brought to the concert."
"David Crowder ALWAYS (and I mean ALWAYS) puts on a great show. The music is amazing....his stories are random and hilarious....and the worship is just awesome!"
Awesome .... As always.. couldn't have been any better
Tickets were on sale. The show was great! 2 1/2 hours of music and praise.
Crowder and all the others who were there were just amazing people who I believe truly love the Lord and their fans and care for their fans’ salvation. We had an incredible time of praise and worship at the concert and we look forward to doing it again soon.
Crowder and the whole team were FANTASTIC! One of the BEST concerts I have ever been to. There was praise and worship and as Crowder said "the after party", where he rocked the whole auditorium even with his broken leg. The energy was top notch. We had SO MUCH Fun! What I loved about the whole experience was that Jesus was exalted from beginning to end.
Was honored, along with my wife, to be able to meet Passion Music, Crowder and Kari and Cody Carnes. The concert was AMAZING, all artist were so fun to watch, and their love to serve God was so apparent. Crowder did not let his leg cast keep him from showing his love in serving God!! LOL Louie Giglio's message was so heart felt and knowing that night there were ones that came to know Jesus. Would love to see all them again. It was definitely a house of worship!!! Praise God!!!
Well organized, well planned and well executed. I can't think of anything that needs to be altered.
I would like to tell you I loved seeing Crowder in concert, but I can’t. We were in our seats and super excited when the concert began at 7pm. Passion came on stage and immediately filled the place with amazing worship. So far so good, then Louie Giglio came on and gave a 45 minute sermon. Thank goodness Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes came next. They were fabulous and they brought the energy level to its highest. Then… we were shown a video of Africa, volunteers were brought into the auditorium and with thousands of people in the arena, we were asked to raise their hands if we were willing to make a $39 monthly donation for their African project. It’s now 9:45pm and what happens? They announce an intermission! Really? We actually left along with tons of other people. I would think the #1 rule of any entertainer is to “know your audience”. You were there to entertain thousands of “Christian’s” who had been to church earlier on this Sunday, so there is a good chance they have their own home church which likely supports their own mission(s). I understand the intent was good, but you didn’t have an audience of unchurched nonbelievers, yet you treated us that way. It was a work/school night and after 2 hours and 45 minutes, I would have expected to see the main artists everyone came to see. So you ask for feedback… one word, disappointed.
David Crowder is so talented! His time on stage was incredible! The whole event was God-centered. It was not about Crowder himself. It was a worshipful experience. I love that an invitation was given. It did run long. I noticed some people left before Crowder came on stage.
The performance of the artists was amazing, however the time they take for the sponsorship of children is just too long, especially in the middle of the show. If you have attended more than one of these shows that portion makes you not want to come back to shows. I wish they could do that at the start or shorten it to 10-15 minutes. People who want to support this will regardless of time allotted. Crowder was amazing as always.
Was absolutely amazing to see Crowder, Passion Band & Louie Giglio at Yuengling Center this past Saturday. I have been wanting to see Crowder forever. & he finally came to Tampa. From parking, to entrance & seating everything went smoothly. This venue always had great sound & staff. Was an overall exceptional evening.
Loved all the bands, great music, Giglio is energizing. Price for tickets and parking was reasonable. Building was too cold, water and soft drinks expensive, no healthy snacks.
The small venue setting made it feel like we were having church. The Holy Spirit definitely was present during the event. The lineup of artist and the deliverance of worship was absolutely amazing. Louie Giglio’s word for us was divine. It would be an honor to visit Passion Church one day. May God’s blessings cover each and every one of you during this tour! 🦅✝️🦅
My friends and I had an amazing night. All the artists were amazing and the message from Louis Giglio was great as always. I learn so much from him every time I hear him.
Great Venue, my first time there! Not a bad seat in the house. The show was amazing and God was in the house!
Paid to see Crowder. Not a sermon or praise team I can get at my church.
Crowder, Kristian Stanfill, Cody and Kari jobe Carnes and pastor Lou Giglio and ALL the band members All are great musicians but more and most importantly incredible vessels for the Lord
Talented musicians, uplifting messages, loved sharing worship with thousands of others. We liked the venue - was easy to access, had nearby parking, and adequate concessions. Sometimes the lighting from the stage, towards the audience, blinded us to the performers. And it was cold in the building!
Fantastic show! Everything about it was great. Went to church the next morning and it was like my 2nd service of the weekend. The sermon was exceptional as well. Can't wait for Crowder to come back to Tampa.
I thought the concert was very life-giving and restorative. I really enjoyed my time there. May the Lord God bless all of the musical artists who performed, the tech team, other crew who helped make the concert possible, and all of the people who attended.
Crowder and his entourage were 10/10!! Hope to see them in town again 🙌
