    Unbelievably bad

by AveJoe1961 on 1/19/16Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

Disappointing, This would be the first negative review that I have written. It appeared that Criag really has no act - he just shows up and goes totally improve. I was really bad -- I kept waiting for it to get better and then after an hour into it - left with the four others who came with me. I've always enjoyed going to comedy shows in SF - this show, (not comedy), was a major fail....

    BOSS

by MRGRUBALOT on 11/17/15The Wilbur - Boston

Comedy and music, Awesome. Hooked from start to finish, Craig killed it. off beat and completely hilarious. He even came into the crowd for a spell to pose for a few pics. Thanks for the Ab workout Mr. Robinson...

Silly fun. He was having a blast on stage just being Craig. MC and opener were funny.

by Sosurface1 on 11/11/15Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - Sacramento

My husband almost didn't go due to issues at home with the kids, but I am SO glad we were able to make it. All the comedians were hilarious and Craig had me laughing so hard I cried.

    Craig Robinson at Punchline Sac.

by NateDIG on 11/10/15Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - Sacramento

Two opening acts that was short and pretty funny for the head liner. Craig Robinson was entertaining and funny. He had crowd participation and the servers gave us some good seats and made sure all night if we had everything we needed.

Was this a concert or a comedy show?

by Prestonp on 11/10/15Punch Line Comedy Club - Sacramento - Sacramento

All he did was ding songs. I paid for jokes not asking me to sing...horrible show. Much better in the movies. Waste of $

i didn't expect that Craig would play the piano and sing the whole time, he was funny for a total of about 20 mins, not sure if I thought it was worth it to stay during the whole show.

    Worst comedy show ever!

by Akrite on 7/2/15Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

Cobbs is a great comedy club I've seen multiple acts there and have always enjoyed myself. The opening acts were just okay nothing special. The main act Craig Robinson was a huge disappointment. I knew he would sing and play the piano but that's all he did. Where was the jokes. I wanted to laugh not listen to R&B song from the 90's. I've had more fun at a dueling piano bar listing to songs I didn't even know. Craig you got to do better.

Craig is enjoyable but not standup comedy.

by JayQue11 on 6/29/15Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

It was Craig playing the keyboard. Not standup. His featured act did comedy and was pretty good. Craig acted in a funny way playing the keyboard and singing. He is a talented musician but we paid a lot to watch standup comedy. We go to 6 comedy shows a year in different cities and were disappointed. 35 plus 2 drink minimum is certainly on the higher end than most clubs around and we didn't get standup.

    Craig Robinson is the shit

Unique comedy experience. He was on the keyboard the entire time making us laugh until I shit myself! Diarrhea everywhere! Shot it through a screen door!

    Disappointing performance

by raiderNation24 on 6/22/15Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

I was expecting a solid stand up comedy routine but instead got a sing-a-long show from Craig Robinson....I was still waiting for the show to start and before I knew it it had ended. Very disappointed with this performance. The opener was good, but I am still very angry that I paid $45 to watch the headliner perform karaoke for the crowd for an hour.

    Craig Robinson - very enjoyable.

by Anonymoos on 6/22/15Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

First of all, the back up comedian was brilliant. Then Craig, who I had heard bad reviews about, was very enjoyable, at times hilarious and overall very entertaining. The keyboard was maybe at times a bit loud but other than that I would recommend!

Craig Robinson Show Not at All What I'd Expected

by Chitownboy1971 on 6/21/15Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

Let me preface this review by saying that I have been a huge fan of Craig Robinson's work on "The Office," "Knocked Up," "Hot Tub Time Machine," etc. I'd never seen him live and my buddy and I were very excited about this show. Knowing his musical background, I expected there'd be some time with him singing at the keyboard, perhaps mixed in with some stand up material at the mic or storytelling while sitting at the keyboard. Boy was I disappointed! The ENTIRE show is one long sing along with him playing/singing songs and asking the audience to participate. Him working the line "Take your panties off" into every song was funny the first few times but soon became tedious. Sorry, Craig, I didn't pay $40+ to help you with the performance. I am expecting you to entertain me or at least engage me in some way with jokes, funny stories, anything that remotely resembles comedy. It seemed like at times he was on auto pilot , including a keyboard rendition of the National Anthem in its entirety. If Craig Robinson was hosting/DJing at a party I would have been thrilled with the evening. However, as a performer at a comedy club that I was paying good money to see I was not impressed with him at all. I'm still a huge fan of his movies and will check out his new TV show this fall. But paying to see Craig Robinson perform in person? Never again.

Laughed and sang all the way through. Love the keyboard action and the song selection Craig puts into his act. This was my second time seeing Craig live and I will see him again when he comes back!

I would recommend not having the band play while Craig is talking. Very hard to understand what he was saying over the music.

Craig Robinson and the Nasty Delicious Band

by Chrispp on 9/16/14Braden Auditorium - Normal

Craig Robinson was extremely funny and the band was one of the BEST funk bands I've ever heard! Would recommend and would go see them again! Since it was Illinois State University Family Weekend, his stuff about sex was a bit awkward sitting with your college student. Otherwise, it was GREAT!!

    Craig Robinson AMAZING!!!!

by Spyderrmom on 9/16/14Braden Auditorium - Normal

The comedy act prior to Craig Robinson coming out was to die for, we all laughed so hard we cried. Craig got the crowd roaring and even joined the audience. Very memorable evening.
