"Referring to his most recent record, 'Little Songs,' Colter said, "These songs were written over the last three years. I penned most of them from home and I think the songs reflect that. "With the album Little Songs, Colter's music continues to carry on the traditional sounds of his prairie homelands, while connecting a contemporary world to the values, hardships, and celebrations of rural life. He sings, "You might not see a soul for days on them high and lonesome plains. You got to fill the big empty with little songs."

Colter Wall always delivers straight-up, heartfelt country music. It's real music from a real cowboy!
Absolutely amazing performances by both the opener and headliner. Colter depth and range is unmatched. Felt like a true once in a lifetime experience seeing him live, and to have that in an arena setting is really something special.
I had been anxiously waiting to see Colter Wall for years! He didn't disappoint. It was worth the wait. The sound was amazing, his vocals were top notch- (better live than recorded in my opinion!) His opener, Kade Hoffman was a wonderful compliment to Colter's style of music! I had never heard of him before but am now adding to my playlist. Also worth noting, his show started right on time. I would definitely go again. So grateful we were able to see him live.
Great show, started on time, he played for a long time. GREAT SHOW!
I was a little let down by Colter Wall, he never really interacted with the crowd at all, his opener Kade Hoffman was talking to the crowd and interacting when the audience would try and talk to him, he made the whole stadium laugh! Colter just made it seem that he wasn’t grateful that we were all there for him, he just quickly got through his set and then said a quick goodbye and left the stage. And he didn’t play the one song I was dying to hear, The Devil Wears a Suit and Tie. Also there was one song the crowd actually was singing along with him, it was really amazing to hear, I wish he would of listened to them and stopped singing for a second to see that we knew and loved his song and let us sing to him.
The openers, Kade Hoffman and Vincent Neil Emerson, both deserve their own headline spots. The show was well structured and they played all my favorite songs. Highly recommend!!
Colter sounds way better live. Great show wished it was longer. Had a great time.
Had a great time. The show was fantastic. Would have liked a couple more songs solo. That deep voice can get lost in the band. Band was awesome by the way. Would’ve liked to have heard Codeine Dream, Devil wears a Suit and Tie, 13 Silver Dollars, Kate McCannon and a few more I can’t recall but overall I really enjoyed the evening.
I was very happy to experience the way Colter keeps the audience engaged in his music. He has a simple way of delivering his songs and it keeps you enjoying the current song and looking for what is next!
I was looking forward to going to this venue, seating was good, sound was great.. but the restrooms were crazy small.. most had one stall and 2 urinals for a place that hold 5k people that is crazy.. This is the first time men were waiting in line to use the restroom and the women had no line.. Colter Wall gave a great show!!
I could not understand the words. One of the worst shows I have ever seen.
Colter Wall at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium was a great experience. Seeing such a real-deal artist, which some might label an "old soul"in such a beautiful, historic venue was a real thrill. The opener, Kade Hoffman, is cut from a similar cloth as Colter. He did a short set of six or seven songs, solo acoustic, and had a similar Townes Van Zandt-type vibe as Colter. Vincent Neil Emerson, who played next, with his full band, seemed a little tired; a little "off."Maybe he'd been on the road too long. Colter's set was magic. He played a great deal of material off his latest album "Little Songs"and did an encore closer of Billy Joe Shaver's "Georgia on a Fast Train." An incredible night, over all!
Loved this concert!! Hope Colter goes far in his career. Would def see him live again!
The auditorium was the perfect size. Enough room to feel like a concert but very comfortable feelings and absolutely beautiful. Colter Wall was phenomenal and would 1000% recommend seeing this man in person! How can someone sound even better in concert? I don’t know but he nailed it! He chose great openers to pair with and we can’t wait to hopefully attend their concerts and more of his!
Outstanding show. Really enjoyed Colter Wall and the opening acts.
Colter Wall could not have been any better. Vincent Neil Emerson and Kade Hoffman were also great too. I’d like to see all these guys again. Good job Saenger for booking good acts and having a great venue.
Colter and friends put on a great show! It was the perfect venue and the staff at the Saenger Theatre were all amazing and helpful.
As someone who records in Nashville for fun, seeing someone as talented as Colter is nothing short of a privilege. Amazing show, amazing crowd, amazing artist, amazing openers.
He didn't play any of his bangers, except cowpoke. Good set, but little slow. Also the Roxy is the worst venue. The Roxy is just a really terrible venue where its hard to get a good view. Also was a whack crowd
