Very exciting game, the crowd was pumped and very vocal, the fights got the most cheers, and as expected, fast paced and constantly moving! Would have been nice to play the national anthem from Canada, but overall, a great experience! It was a close game that went in to overtime thanks to a tied game!
New clean arena but sight lines were impacted by tall hats and stocking caps. Tickets reasonable for hockey displayed. Food and drinl prices inside the Arena though were out of sight!
This was our first time at the Acrisure Arena and it is a gorgeous arena that has an amazing vibe. The Firebirds with the Arena have built a family and laid back vibe. It is super tech and easy to park, get in and get food. Absolutely loved it and well worth the drive out to the desert.
The venue is beautiful. The hockey is very good and the fans really get into the action. Everything is expensive though for a minor league sport. From the tickets to the parking, merch, food and beverage, everything is overpriced.
Team is sloppy this year. Losing by 3 helps me leave early
The venue is so nice & there are no bad seats in the entire place. For a minor league team it is pricey, you can go to an NHL game for almost the same price. The parking is about 25-35 depending if you buy it on site or on the app. Concessions are expected to be overpriced, but that’s how it is at venues like this.
The arena and staff were amazing. The game was lame tho. Hardly any hits or defence. Not one single scrum or fight. Give the fans what they want boys!
This is a beautiful venue and has plenty of options for food and drink. We found the ticket prices to be quite high and then another $35 for parking. All in it cost about $350 CAD for 2 people with no alcohol purchased. This seems rather excessive for the quality of hockey we observed.
If you don’t want to drive in circles in the parking lot , under the directions of attendants for 30 minutes only to be told there is no parking and you will need to go to a remote shuttle location either arrive really early or don’t go. We left and won’t be back any time soon.
My first firebird game ever and it was on my bday, and it was a very great game very ínstense would definitely go again.
The Fan Experience for the Firebirds Hockey was first class. We were greeted with a friendly warm welcome from the event staff, the arena was clean and safe, they had amazing food and beverage stations and the seats were comfortable and clean. Job well done!
Purchasing tickets through Ticket Master is easy convenient they're on my phone, so no chance of misplacing them.. I have never been frauded so Yay when that seems to be the norm... Love you TICKET MASTER :)
So looking forward to the season opener.. (on holidays in Pam Springs with my family) Seems like the “on ice” and medical staff wanted to watch the game as much as we did…. Blocking our view from our row 2 seats … when asked if they could stand back a bit they refused. We weren’t the only ones that experienced that…. Unfortunate
Area to walk around where food and bathrooms are, way to small for the amount of people Arena holds. Packed like sardines, could hardly move. Other than that game was fun.

The game was great. The fans and venue were great. The food was ok. Prices were high. Parking is a breeze. The noise level from the MC was awful.
Great Hockey. Grear Venue. Great after game fresh food from the Venders. There is nothing quite like walking out after a game, engery is alive, and grills are sizzling with the delicious smell of sausage, onions, and peppers. Yummm! We love to see more deals of course during games but over all, we are counting the days to be back.
Love the games and the vibe there can’t wait for next season and those “Hispanic people” as a disrespectful person put in the reviews are awesome ! The food was delicious I’m glad they let them sell food after the games ! Go firebirds !!
We attended every playoff game. The food and parking are overpriced. BUT the hockey was fantastic! It's hard to say goodbye to Joey and a few others, but nonetheless well-deserved promotions for those "Birds". We did not appreciate the Hispanic people with their grills selling sausages and hot dogs after the games. Please don't allow them next season as it puts a negative on the overall positive experience of Firebirds Hockey!
It was easy to uber to and from the event. The stadium is clean and the comfortable for a stadium. It was a hockey game, but I am thinking the acoustics will be good for live music.
