Coachella Valley Firebirds are a hidden gem in the Palm Desert area. A great hockey team right here in our own back yard! Acrisure Arena is easy to get to and provides the perfect venue for hockey or concert needs. When the Firebirds hit the ice, it's exciting for the whole family! Go Firebirds!

Brand new venue, nicely laid out. Fun game, at the time the team is playing well. My only gripe is the parking and food costs. Had a great time
Had a great time. Have comments about the new arena, Score board is confusing. and at one end. No centre ice scoreboard or replay screen. We were sitting in section 113 and the replay screen was behind us.
Great hockey game. Lots of excitement and enjoyable atmosphere. You need to try seeing a hockey game if you’ve never experienced doing it.
I’ve been to hockey games all over the US. Mostly the HNL. Firebirds Hockey is most fun than I’ve had at any other game. Felt even better than a pro game! The staff is numerous and super friendly. Many food bars/stands/variety. Never had to wait in line. A great arena for hockey and concerts! All seats are terrific and have good views. Palm on going to more games in 2024. Considering seasons tickets for 2024/25. Thanks Firebirds!
We went to our first game this last week and while the arena is a grand affair, the cost of food and drinks in the arena is beyond unreal!!! These costs for all of everything edible makes it so bad that we are going to tell everyone we know to avoid participating in the buying of food until the prices come down to reality. This is the only way it will happen,,,,if we all send a message to the owners saying we won't participate until something we all want to support (The Team and the place) without feeling like we all got the end of the short stick! From the parking, to the immaculate venue, embracing staff and customer support, to the awesome Firebirds team, this is the absolute best in the Coachella Valley, by Far. My Wife, and I, are seniors. We have absolutely loved every game, including playoffs, and finals games 2 & 7, we have attended. The events have delivered the best experience for our money. Thank you. LETS GO FIREBIRDS !
Absolutely loved the whole experience! The venue, the staff, announcer, the fans, the music! Even though the team lost, it’s just an upbeat and fantastic experience! Such a great addition to our Valley!!
From entering the parking lot, to the immaculate venue, absolutely friendly hosts, ushers, and venue service personnel. And the fan friendly, and competitive CV Firebirds Team is always entertaining. The whole game experience is thorough. My Wife, and I, are over 60, and we will definitely return to many more games at Acrisure.
We found the Firebirds game against Abbotsford to be one of the most exciting ones we have seen. Far better than NHL.!
Admittedly, I haven’t been to a hockey game in awhile so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Exciting game! Incredibly loud, though! It was just so, so loud and it never seemed to let up even for a moment. Will definitely be back for another game! But we’ll definitely bring ear plugs;)

Everything about the Acrisure Arena is first class. Location is perfect, ticketing is easy, parking is ample, the venue is clean and safe, attendants are friendly and upbeat. Although we did not eat or drink, there seemed to be a wide variety of food and libation from which to choose. Traffic is a bit slow exiting the parking lot, but the drivers were very courteous with each other. AHL hockey, is a very high quality product and the game was thoroughly enjoyable. Out the door, however, our evening cost $222.00. This included medium priced tickets, parking and service charges. While we would like to attend additional games, this price point places us into the once-per-year category. That said, the game was sold out or close to it, so there doesn’t seem to be price resistance otherwise.
We are fortunate to live 10 minutes away! Getting in and parking was an ease. Check in and finding seats were just as easy. Ticket Master was great at keeping me informed and how to make my entrance easy and simple.

Arriving just before the start of the game, we dropped off our canned goods and everyone was so friendly. We found our seats easily (a family of 7); had great seats at center and the energy was very positive. They played great music throughout. The teddy bear toss at the Firebirds first goal was super fun! Even leaving the event at the end of the night, everyone at the door, etc., was very friendly.
A great hockey experience in the sparkling new arena. A lot to like at Acrisure. The magmat knows that hockey fans need to be excited about their team, lots of extras that are fun for the whole family. The team is a good team, great view lines. One of the few arenas that has their exits on parking figured out!
So I will preface this with our experience may not happen to anyone else, but it did for us so that's what counts. Came down to Palm Springs specifically for this game. It was a present to my wife (well the whole weekend was) and we were both super stoked to attend an AHL game, as we're Kraken fans! Booking was easy and we got tickets 3rd row back in, what we discovered was, the 'fan section'. Getting to the arena and prepaying for parking was simple. The arena is beautiful with wonderful amenities and snacks (try the tallow fries!). Staff was awesome and polite, and getting merch was a breeze (we didn't bother going into the team store as it was packed at the time, but the concourse vendors sold everything we wanted). The game was great! The view was fantastic! The team won! Hooray! My wife, on her birthday trip, CAUGHT A PUCK! Well, the puck flew by my head and landed just behind her seat. So ... as I said, not everything may go your way ... but there's still a small chance they can. :D 10/10, will come back again.
