Super venue for minor league hockey with great sightlines! But cheapest paid parking ($25 with all fees) is the same price as Dodger Stadium, which is not a complement, especially given that there isn't a single parking meter in the Coachella Valley. Concession prices are the same as Madison Square Gardens, which, again, is not a complement. And there isn't a single water fountain or bottle refilling station on the property, which means that here in the arid and often hot Sonoran Desert when you need quick hydration, your sole option at Acrisure Arena is to either bend down and drink from the faucets for the restroom wash basins or pay $5.50 for a small bottle of water. No way the lack of water is an inadvertent oversight in a $300 million facility built by professional architects and tradespeople; it was a management decision to maximize profits. I'm sure lots of folks here in the Valley won't have a problem shelling out L.A. or New York money for concessions, but typically people go to minor league games to get away from the crass profiteering of big city major sports venues. Definitely go to see the arena once, but if you have a limited or fixed budget as do many here in the desert, there are other things to do for entertainment.
